Turant Aaram ke liye Gharelu Upay (Instant Relief Remedies) Jab sharir par dane aur khujli uthe, toh turant relief ke liye aap ye kar sakte hain: ••Ghee aur Sendha Namak: Thoda sa desi ghee gunguna karein, usme ek chutki sendha namak milayein aur pure sharir par halke hatho se malish (abhyanga) karein. Sabse Mahatvapurna: Pathya-Apathya (Kya Khayein, Kya Nahi) Ayurved me kaha gaya hai ki bina parhez ke dava asar nahi karti. Sheetpitta ko jad se khatam karne ke liye in baato ka dhyan rakhein: 🚫 In Chizo Se Parhez Karein (Avoid): Teekha, Masaledar aur Tala-bhuna khana: Red chilli, garam masala, aur oily food pitta badhate hain. ••Achar, Dahi, aur Khatti chizein: Fermented food (idli, dosa) aur khatti chizein bilkul band kar dein. ••Fast Food aur Packaged Food: Maida, Chinese food, aur preservatives wale khane se bachein. ••Thandi Hawa aur AC: Sardi-garam se bachein. AC se nikalte hi turant dhoop me ya dhoop se aate hi thande pani me na jayein.
