Yeh lakshan Sheetapitta (chronic urticaria/hives) jaise lagte hain. Take Haridra Khanda 1 teaspoon (5 g) din mein 2 baar bhojan ke baad. Giloy (Guduchi) Ghana Vati 2 tablets din mein 2 baar bhojan ke baad. Khadirarishta 15 ml + equal water, din mein 2 baar bhojan ke baad. Parhez: Dahi, seafood, bahut teekha, khatta, packaged foods aur alcohol se bachiyega. Thanda paani aur cold drinks kam lijiye.

Modern medicine me ise Urticaria ya Hives kaha jata hai ••1. Sheetpitta ke liye Shreshtha Ayurvedic Aushadhi (Best Medicines) Kyonki aapko ye ek mahine se ho raha hai, iska matlab hai ki sharir me pitta aur toxin (Aam) jama ho gaye hain. Aap kisi nikatmiya Ayurvedic chikitsak se milkar ye medicines shuru kar sakte hain: ••Haridrakhand Churna: Sheetpitta ki ye sabse prasiddh aur prabhavi (drug of choice) dava hai. ••Kaise lein: 3 se 5 gram (lagbhag 1 chammach) gungune pani ya doodh ke sath din me do baar (subah-shaam). ••Arogyavardhini Vati: Ye liver ko detoxify karti hai aur rakta (blood) ko saaf karti hai. ••Kaise lein: 1-1 goli subah-shaam khane ke baad gungune pani se. ••Kaishore Guggulu ya Gandhak Rasayan: Tvacha ke sankraman aur khujli ko kam karne me bohot faydemand hai. 2. Turant Aaram ke liye Gharelu Upay (Instant Relief Remedies) Jab sharir par dane aur khujli uthe, toh turant relief ke liye aap ye kar sakte hain: ••Ghee aur Sendha Namak: Thoda sa desi ghee gunguna karein, usme ek chutki sendha namak milayein aur pure sharir par halke hatho se malish (abhyanga) karein. Sabse Mahatvapurna: Pathya-Apathya (Kya Khayein, Kya Nahi) Ayurved me kaha gaya hai ki bina parhez ke dava asar nahi karti. Sheetpitta ko jad se khatam karne ke liye in baato ka dhyan rakhein: 🚫 In Chizo Se Parhez Karein (Avoid): Teekha, Masaledar aur Tala-bhuna khana: Red chilli, garam masala, aur oily food pitta badhate hain. ••Achar, Dahi, aur Khatti chizein: Fermented food (idli, dosa) aur khatti chizein bilkul band kar dein. ••Fast Food aur Packaged Food: Maida, Chinese food, aur preservatives wale khane se bachein. ••Thandi Hawa aur AC: Sardi-garam se bachein. AC se nikalte hi turant dhoop me ya dhoop se aate hi thande pani me na jayein. In Chizo Ka Sevan Karein (Favor): Karela, Neem, aur Patola (Parwal): Kadvi (Tikta rasa) sabziyan pitta aur vata ko shaant karti hain. ••Gunguna Pani: Dinbhar thandah pani peene ke bajay gunguna ya normal pani piyein takis sharir ke toxins bahar niklein. Moong Dal aur Khichdi: Supachya (easily digestible) aahar lein.
