BP 200/120 mmHg bahut adhik hai aur is level par turant physician/cardiologist se sampark karna chahiye. Yeh emergency level BP ho sakta hai. Take Arjuna Capsule 500 mg – 1 capsule din mein 2 baar bhojan ke baad. Sarpagandha Vati – 1 tablet raat ko (sirf Ayurvedic physician ki salah se). Apni BP ki English medicines band na karein. Namak, packaged foods, aur stress kam rakhein. Roz BP monitor karein.

Haan, aap apni English dawaon ke sath Arjuna capsule le sakte hain, lekin isme 30 minute ka gap zaroor rakhein pehle apni English dawa khayein aur uske aadhe ghante baad Arjuna capsule lein. Ayurveda ke mutabik, Arjuna ek behtareen Hridya (heart tonic) hai jo blood vessels ko relax karta hai aur dil ki manspeshiyon ko takat deta hai. Iske sath hi, Garlic (lahsun) bhi hypertension me bahut faydemand hai kyunki isme ‘Allicin’ naam ka tatva hota hai jo khoon ko patla karta hai aur arteries ko saaf rakhta hai; aap roz subah khali pet lahsun ki 1 se 2 kaliyan (cloves) halke gungune pani ke sath nigal sakte hain. Lekin ek behad zaroori baat: Aapka BP 200/120 rehta hai, jo ki ek Emergency (Hypertensive Crisis) ki sthiti hai. Itne zyada BP par sirf supplements ya gharelu nuskho ke bharose rehna jaanleva ho sakta hai aur isse stroke ya heart attack ka khatra rehta hai. Aapko turant kisi achhe doctor ya cardiologist se milkar apni English dawaon ki dose sahi karwani chahiye. Jab tak doctor ki salah se aapka BP normal range me na aa jaye, tab tak koi bhi naya supplement shuru na karein aur apna BP roz monitor karte rahein.
