Hola.Tengo 5 añoscon PCR en 9 mucha inflamacion en mi cuerpo. Tratando de bajar de peso que me a costado mucho.Además tengo Haschimoto que me damuchos sintomas. Fatiga etc.Cómo Ustedes Doctores me pueden ayudar.

PCR elevada y fatiga crónica con Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis requieren seguimiento con su endocrinólogo y control periódico de la función tiroidea. • Kanchanar Guggulu – 2 tabletas, dos veces al día después de las comidas. • Ashwagandha Churna – 3 g, dos veces al día con agua tibia o leche. • Triphala Churna – 3–5 g por la noche con agua tibia. • Guduchi (Giloy) Ghana Vati – 2 tabletas, dos veces al día después de las comidas. Dieta: Evite azúcar, alimentos procesados, fritos y bebidas frías. Prefiera verduras cocidas, legumbres ligeras, jengibre y cúrcuma en la alimentación.

Lidiar simultáneamente con una inflamación crónica (reflejada en esa PCR de 9), el hipotiroidismo de Hashimoto, el cansancio extremo y la dificultad extrema para bajar de peso es un desafío enorme. Sientes que tu propio cuerpo está trabajando en tu contra ••El Enfoque Ayurvédico de tus Síntomas ••La PCR de 9 y el Hashimoto (Ama y Amavisha): En el Ayurveda, las enfermedades autoinmunes como el Hashimoto ocurren cuando el Agni (tu fuego metabólico) está débil. Esto provoca que los alimentos no se digieran por completo, creando una toxina pegajosa llamada Ama. Cuando el Ama circula por el cuerpo y se asienta en los tejidos (en tu caso, la glándula tiroides y las articulaciones o músculos), el sistema inmunitario se confunde y ataca, elevando los marcadores de inflamación como la PCR (Proteína C Reactiva). ••La fatiga y la dificultad para bajar de peso (Meda Dhatu Agnimandya): Al estar el tiroides ralentizado (Kapha bloqueando los canales o Srotas), el metabolismo de las grasas (Meda Dhatu) se detiene. Tu cuerpo necesita alimentos fáciles de digerir (cocidos, calientes y ligeros). B. Fitoterapia Ayurvédica (Hierbas Clave) •Nota: Estas plantas son sumamente efectivas para el eje tiroides-inflamación, pero siempre deben ser supervisadas por un profesional. ••Kanchanar Guggulu: Es la formulación clásica ayurvédica por excelencia para los trastornos de la glándula tiroides, nódulos y el exceso de tejido Kapha. Aunque la dosificación exacta siempre debe personalizarse en una consulta formal, aquí tienes la pauta clásica y segura para los formatos estándar: Formulaciones Herbo-minerales (Ras Aushadhis) o Tabletas (Vatis / Gutikas) Momento: Generalmente se toman dos veces al día, después de las comidas (almuerzo y cena). Vehículo (Anupana): Agua tibia. El agua tibia ayuda a la digestión y a la rápida absorción del medicamento sin apagar el Agni (fuego digestivo). Duración estándar: Un ciclo clásico de tratamiento suele durar entre 6 y 8 semanas (aproximadamente 2 meses). En Ayurveda, preferimos evaluar la respuesta del cuerpo a las pocas semanas para ajustar las dosis o cambiar de fórmula, evitando la habituación del organismo. Jarabes (Asavas / Arishtas) o Decocciones (Kashayams) Momento: Dos veces al día, después de los alimentos principales. Preparación: Mezclar la dosis (usualmente de 15 a 20 ml) con una cantidad igual de agua tibia. Nunca los tomes concentrados en ayunas, ya que las preparaciones fermentadas de forma natural (Asavas/Arishtas) pueden ser fuertes para un estómago sensible. 2. Abordaje Ayurvédico para la Caída del Cabello (Khalitya) En Ayurveda, el cabello se considera un subproducto (Upadhatu) del tejido óseo (Asti Dhatu). La caída del cabello (Khalitya) se asocia principalmente con un exceso de Pitta Dosha que quema las raíces capilares, aunque también puede haber una deficiencia de nutrientes debido a un Vata agravado o una acumulación de toxinas (Ama) por un Kapha desequilibrado. Para frenar la caída y estimular el crecimiento, debemos actuar desde dentro hacia fuera: Cuidado Interno (Nutrición del Folículo) Potenciar el Fuego Digestivo (Agni): Si tu digestión es débil, los nutrientes no llegarán al cabello. Evita alimentos extremadamente picantes, muy salados, fritos o excesivamente ácidos, ya que aumentan Pitta. Hierbas Clave: Bhringraj (Eclipta alba): Conocida en el texto clásico como Keshraja (El Rey del Cabello). Puedes consumirla en tabletas o polvo. Amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica): Altamente rica en vitamina C, es un excelente rejuvenecedor (Rasayana) que pacifica Pitta y fortalece la raíz. Cuidado Externo (Terapia Local - Shiroabhyanga) Masaje Capilar (Abhyanga): Aplica aceite de Bhringraj o aceite de Brahmi en una base de aceite de coco (que es naturalmente refrescante para Pitta). Cómo aplicarlo: Entibia el aceite ligeramente. Haz un masaje suave con las yemas de los dedos en el cuero cabelludo durante 10-15 minutos, idealmente 2 o 3 veces por semana. Déjalo actuar al menos una hora antes de lavar el cabello con un champú herbal suave (libre de sulfatos y parabenos, preferiblemente con ingredientes como Reetha o Shikakai).
