Based on your symptoms of shaking, excessive sweating, racing heart, and nervousness, this could be related to an imbalance in the Vata dosha, particularly the Vata-Pitta combination. These imbalances can affect the nervous system, circulation, and overall energy levels. Ayurveda suggests focusing on grounding and calming treatments. Herbs like Ashwagandha and Brahmi can help stabilize the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and improve overall vitality. A Vata-pacifying diet rich in warm, nourishing, and grounding foods, along with regular oil massages (Abhyanga) and relaxation techniques like Pranayama (breathing exercises), can also be beneficial. It’s crucial to consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner to tailor the treatment to your specific constitution and needs.

Wow, sounds like you've been dealing with quite the challenge for way too long. It’s frustrating when the usual avenues don't lead to relief. Based on what you're describing — shaking, sweating, heart racing and that intense feeling of nervousness — it seems like an imbalance in Vata could be at play. Vata governs movement, so when it's out of whack, symptoms like trembling and anxiety can emerge. Firstly, it’s super important to address any immediate danger. If these symptoms ever become too overwhelming or life-threatening, please see a doc ASAP. Better safe than sorry, right? Now, diving into Ayurveda, let's try to calm that Vata. Focus on grounding and warming your lifestyle and diet. Consistency can be soothing; waking up, eating, and sleeping at the same time every day can be surprisingly effective. Eat warm, well-cooked meals; think of soupy things, warm cereals, and steamed veggies. Stay away from raw or cold foods — they can make Vata spiral out more. Include spices like ginger, cumin, coriander in your food. They can gently spark your Agni (digestive fire) without throwing it into a frenzy. Maybe consider sipping ginger tea throughout the day. It's like a warm hug for your belly and mind. Routine-wise, daily self-massage with warm sesame oil could do wonders. It's like telling Vata, "Hey, it's alright, chill out!" Abhyanga not only calms the nerves but also nourishes tissues. Plus, it's a great reason to indulge in some self-care. Yoga and Pranayama are your friends for sure. Simple grounding poses, even just lying in Savasana, can really help center you. Breathing exercises like Nadi Shodhana or alternate nostril breathing are super calming. If you can, consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner too. They can offer more personalized guidance based on your specific constitution (Prakriti). Hang in there, and hopefully, you find a little more ease soon!
