The goal is to balance doshas, reduce toxins (Ama), and support kidney health. Follow this comprehensive Ayurvedic plan:
1. Herbal Support to Improve Kidney Function
Take Punarnava capsules or decoction twice daily. This herb is a natural diuretic that helps reduce swelling and supports kidney function.
Consume Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris) tablets or powder (500 mg twice daily) to improve urinary function and cleanse the kidneys.

4. Manage Swelling and Toxins

5. Stress and Blood Pressure Management

Perform Pranayama techniques such as Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) for 10 minutes daily to regulate blood pressure and calm the nervous system.
6. General Lifestyle Tips
Avoid excessive salt and processed foods to reduce strain on the kidneys.
Stay hydrated but follow your nephrologist’s advice on fluid intake based on your dialysis schedule.
7. Regular Monitoring and Collaboration
Regularly monitor your creatinine, potassium, and electrolyte levels. Collaborate closely with your nephrologist while incorporating Ayurveda to ensure treatments align with your medical condition.
