1 Bhringamalakadi Taila - extly apply and massage for 10 min. 2 times

2 Jeevamrita Leha or Chyavanaprasha Leha-1 tsf after food 2 times with milk

3.Shuddha Shilajatu-250mg+ Saptamrita Loha - 500mg+ bhringaraja Churna -3gm after food 2 times with honey and ghee Diet and Lifestyle Pathya: Fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, nutritious food, adequate sleep Apathya: Avoid salt, sugar, tobacco, and alcohol. Overconsumption of salt and sugar increases dandruff and hairloss. Avoid large amounts of vitamin A Avoid strong soaps, shampoo or hair sprays. Only use mild castile soaps. Hats and wigs are apt to cause hair to fall out faster, since they limit the air to the scalp.

Avoid tension, stress, worry and hurry.

Hello Poornima I can understand your concern regarding your hairfall but dont worry we are here to help you out😊

You are 25 years old and have hypothyroidism this itself slows down metabolism, blood circulation, and hair follicle nourishment.

So, we need a plan that ✅ Stops ongoing hair fall ✅ Improves scalp circulation & nutrition ✅ Stimulates new follicle growth

✅ INTERNAL MEDICATION

1. Bhringraj Vati – 1 tab twice daily after food (for hair growth, liver support).

2. Sarivasavam – 20 ml-0-20ml with equal water after food (cleanses blood, prevents dandruff/acne scalp).

3. Groo 1-0-1 – daily after food ( promotes hair growth)

4 Jeevamrutham 1 tsp at bed time follwed by warm water at bed time ( hair tonic)

✅EXTERNAL CARE

NEELIBHRINGADI TAILA – gentle warm oil massage on scalp 3 times a week, leave 1 hr then wash.

Use herbal shampoo with reeta or shikakai based

✅Home Remedies & Hair Packs

👉 Onion + Aloe Vera Gel (weekly 2x)

Mix 2 tsp onion juice + 2 tsp aloe vera gel, apply to scalp 30 min, wash. Improves blood flow, stimulates follicles.

👉 Fenugreek Hair Pack (weekly 1x)

Soak 2 tsp fenugreek seeds overnight, grind, apply paste to scalp 30 min. Strengthens roots, reduces hair fall.

👉 Curry Leaves + Coconut Oil

Boil curry leaves in coconut oil until black, strain, store, and apply as hair oil. Encourages new growth.

✅DIET MODIFICATION

✅ To Include

Black sesame seeds (1 tsp daily) Amla (fresh/juice/powder daily) Cow ghee (1 tsp/day) Warm milk with ½ tsp Ashwagandha at night Iron-rich foods (dates, spinach, jaggery)

❌ To Avoid: Junk food, packaged fried foods Excess tea, coffee Late-night sleeping Too much stress (worsens thyroid & hair fall)

✅ Lifestyle and Yoga Head massage – improves scalp circulation Pranayama – Anulom Vilom & Bhramari (10 min daily) Yoga – Sarvangasana, Matsyasana(help thyroid + hair growth) Sleep before 11 pm - deep sleep repairs hair

I know sudden hair fall & thinning is stressful — especially when linked to thyroid. But remember — this is reversible with patience.

Hair regrowth is slow, but with 3 months of consistent care you will notice new baby hairs and reduced shedding

Wish you a long strong Hair😊

Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate

Hair fall and thinning are commonly encountered issues enveloped in various factors, from stress to nutrition, hormonal imbalances, or hereditary elements. Analyzing your prakriti (personal constitution) and current dosha imbalances offers a tailored approach. Here are some Ayurvedic recommendations to help reduce hair fall and promote regrowth:

First things first, consider your diet. Ensure your intake includes foods that pacify Vata dosha, which might contribute to your hair issues. Load up on warm, cooked, slightly oily foods like ghee, sesame oil or nuts like almonds, cashews. Hydration is crucial; drink warm soups, herbal teas, rather than caffeinated drinks or cold beverages.

Engage in regular oil massage or abhyanga. Utilize warm oils such as bhringraj or coconut oil with a few drops of rosemary essential oil. Gently massage the scalp for 15-20 minutes thrice a week, preferably before washing your hair. Leave it in for an hour so per before rinsing, allowing the oils to penetrate and nourish.

Incorporate herbs known for hair health. Brahmi, Amalaki, and Shatavari. You can make a paste of amla powder with water, Apply it as a mask to your scalp once a week. Ayurvedic practitioners often recommend consuming Triphala or Brahmi for internal detoxification and balance.

Reconnect with nature by optimizing your sleep patterns and reducing stress. Practice mindfulness through meditation or yoga to prevent potential stress-induced hair fall. Early sleeping patterns with pranayama in th morning can enhance vital ojas, reducing stress.

Lastly, make sure you’re not overlooking potential underlying health concerns like thyroid issues or anemia, which can exacerbate hair fall. If unsure, it might be worthwhile to consult an ayurvedic practitioner for personalized assessment.

Remember, results may take time, consistency, and patience is key here. Take a gradual approach to use these natural enablers for better hair health.

To address hair fall and promote regrowth, let’s focus on understanding your current condition and balancing your body’s energies based on Siddha-Ayurvedic principles. It sounds like there’s an imbalance involving your doshas, likely affecting the vata and pitta, which could be causing stress, poor nutrition, or a disturbed lifestyle.

First, examine your diet. Ensure it’s rich in nourishing foods that support hair health. Include plenty of amla (Indian gooseberry), sesame seeds, fenugreek, and leafy greens. Omega-3 fatty acids from sources like flaxseeds or ghee can help modulate vata. Avoid excessive spicy and fried foods as they can increase pitta and contribute to hair problems.

Scalp massage with oils infused with bhringraj or neem is beneficial. Warm a suitable oil—like coconut or sesame—and massage it into your scalp twice a week. This can enhance blood circulation, strengthen roots, and calm the mind, reducing stress which often exaggerates hair fall.

Monitor your digestion. A poor digestive fire, or agni, leads to the accumulation of toxins, which may affect hair health. Incorporate trikatu or triphala supplements under supervision to support digestion and cleanse the body.

Consider using herbal hair masks. Paste made from hibiscus flowers or methi (fenugreek) seeds can provide essential nutrients, promoting hair luster and strength.

Stay hydrated and ensure adequate sleep and stress management techniques, such as yoga or meditation, as stress is often a catalyst for hair issues. If hair loss continues at an alarming rate, consult a healthcare professional for personalized insight and necessary interventions.
