Dr. Vinayak Kamble
Experience: | 1 year |
Education: | Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences |
Academic degree: | Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery |
Area of specialization: | I am mainly focused on using Ayurveda and Yoga together bcoz I feel both complete each other in real practice. My work usually goes around skin issues like eczema acne psoriasis where people tried many creams but relief was only half way, also I see a lot of obesity cases where lifestyle change matter more than just medicine. Anorectal conditions like piles fissure fistula are tough but with proper ayurvedic medicines, kshar karma procedures n yoga practices many patients do better than they expect. I dont just hand medicines, I try to guide diet habits, daily routine n sometimes simple breathing or postures that makes healing faster. Every person comes with different background, so treatment is always individualized, never one size fit all. My goal is not temporary fix but reaching the root cause, restoring balance in body mind n lifestyle harmony, maybe slow at times but lasting effect is what I really want to give!! |
Achievements: | I am someone who kept working with chronic skin issues n obesity cases, many patients already tired with ointmnts or diet fads.. still they found relief in simple ayurvedic plans I made. Using herbs, diet corection n lifestyle tweaks, the changes looked small at first but slowly turned long lasting. I dont claim miracle cures, but I seen people with psoriasis acne or stubborn weight feel lighter and more confident again. That satisfaction of patient is kinda biggest achievemnt for me!! |
I am about 1 year into my practice journey n honestly that feels both small n big at the same time. When I first started, I wasn’t sure how quickly I could adjust from academic space into real clinical care, but gradually with each patient I learnt something more. My main focus is on pain management—conditions like knee joint pain, sciatica, lumbar back ache, spondylitis, tennis elbow, golfer elbow, frozen shoulder, heel pain etc. I try to combine careful diagnosis with treatments rooted in Ayurveda yet explained in practical way so patients don’t feel lost. Sometimes progress is slow, sometimes quick, but always there is learning in it. During this year I also kept my dedication toward research and evidence-based approach. I worked on presenting ideas and papers in academic forums whenever I got chance, and even managed to publish in journals that value Ayurveda in modern context. That gave me confidence that my small contributions can add to bigger discussions in medical field. In my postgraduate study I had finished Medicine with top score in my batch, which felt rewarding but also left me with responsibility to keep proving that I deserve that position. Honestly, academic achievements are good but real test is when someone walks in pain and goes back with relief, even if just partial at first. Sometimes patients expect instant cure, n that is where I try to keep balance—explaining how pain relief in conditions like frozen shoulder or spondylitis may take staged approach, while also keeping them hopeful. Ayurveda gives a framework but patient trust makes the treatment effective. One year is not a long time but it has been enough to show me the value of consistency, clarity and listening more than talking. My aim is not just treating pain but helping people understand their body better, manage lifestyle triggers, and feel supported in the journey of healing!!
