Addressing the issues like pimples, constipation, and hair problems can be multidimensional, especially when you already take Ayurvedic treatment and have a busy schedule. Letâs break it down.
For pimples, itâs often linked to excess Pitta dosha, so balance is key. Apply a paste of sandalwood and rosewater on affected areas daily - itâs cooling and helps with inflammation. Also, avoid spicy and oily foods; they can aggravate Pitta and lead to more breakouts. Drink lots of water, and consider neem supplements to purify blood.
Constipation might be due to Vata imbalance, especially with hectic lifestyle. A simple remedy is taking stirred half a teaspoon of triphala powder with warm water at night. This should aid digestion and relieve constipation. Increase fiber intake; aim for lots of fruits like guava and papaya, and whole grains.
For hair and DHT blockers, bhringraj oil is traditionally known to promote hair growth and prevent hair fall. Massaging the scalp with this oil can stimulate circulation and nurture hair follicles. Also, consume amla in any form â juice or fresh fruit, for its high vitamin C content. Additionally, ashwagandha can help in balancing hormones and also reduce DHT levels.
Maintaining a routine meal time is vital as well. Your diet might be good, but eating gealty doesnât always ensure balance. Avoid processed food and favor homemade meals.
Stick to a consistent sleep regimen despite a hectic schedule. Yoga and pranayama like kapalbhati can help in managing stress which negatively impacts skin and hair health. Ayurvedic medicines are potent, but ensuring adherence to lifestyle adjustments is equally pivotal.
If symptoms persist or are severe, seeking a specialized Ayurveda doctorâs consultation for personalized advice would be prudent. Dosha imbalances can be quite unique and occasionally require a detailed examination.
Avoid spicy, oily and processed food. Regular exercise. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Tab.Bhringraj 2-0-2 Tab.Manjistha 2-0-2 Tab.Saptamrut lauh 2-0-2 Erandbhrushta haritaki 0-0-3 with lukewarm water at bedtime
