If it is due to dust than wear mask during dust area. Tab:Sharcof (Sharangdhar) 1 tablets 3 to 4 times in a day after food till sneezing or rhinitis subside.It is chewable tablets. Firstly avoid cold items intake.

Try to change your bedsheet atleast weekly once. Avoid furry blankets.

1) Allergin granules 1/2tsf-0-1/2tsf after food 2) lakshmi vilas ras nadriya 1-0-1 after food 3) Anu taila 1 or 2 drops each nostril in empty stomach in early morning.

Hi, don’t worry — your symptoms of allergic rhinitis and sneezing can definitely be managed. But since this has been going on for 5 years, only internal medicines won’t be enough at this stage. You’ll need to include some Panchakarma treatments along with internal therapy for lasting relief. First, please get your CBC, ESR, and basic blood reports done and also mention your age, so we can tailor the treatment better. We’ll begin with a combination of internal medicines and Nasya therapy. In addition to the regular medicines, I also advise starting Agasthya Haritaki 12gm with warm milk or water at bedtime. Along with this, Marsha Nasya with Anu Taila for 7–14 days, preceded by proper Mukhabhyanga and Nadi Swedana, will help cleanse and strengthen the nasal passages.

Nasya Treatment (for 7–14 days): Mukhabhyanga – Gentle face massage with Dhanwantaram Taila or Ksheerabala Taila Nadi Swedana – Mild steam over face and forehead for 5–10 minutes Marsha Nasya – 6 drops of Anu Taila in each nostril (early morning, empty stomach or as advised) Post-nasya routine – Gargle with warm water + avoid exposure to cold/dust right after

Allergic rhinitis in Ayurveda is commonly correlated with - vata kapha disorder, primarily involving pratisyaya(rhinitis) -ama(toxins) accumulation - rasa dhatu dushti(derangement in bodily fluids) - agni mandya- low digestive fire

GOAL OF TREATMENT -reduced hypersensitivity to allergens - remove accumulated Ama(toxins) - balance kapha and vata -open blocked nasal and sinus channels - boost respiratory immunity.

INTERNALLY START WITH

1) HARIDRA KHANDA= 1 tsp with warm milk twice daily In morning and night for 3-6 months = anti-allergic, reduces kapha, improves immunity.

That’s something I feel strongly about. My goal is to help women understand their symptoms early and explain how Ayurveda can help gently but properly, whether it’s hormonal stuff or pain or cycle issues. I use classic Ayurvedic concepts like dosha analysis, ritucharya, n yoni vyapad chikitsa wherever it fits, but sometimes modern lifestyle really needs to be factored in too. Like if someone working night shift, no point telling them to wake up at 5am and do abhyanga daily—it won’t work. I’m practical about it. Anyway, I try my best to create a space where women feel heard. Lot of them said nobody actually explained them what’s going on before. And that’s like the saddest part. I feel my biggest strength is really just listening n tailoring the treatment to her routine, diet n stress pattern. Some cases are harder of course... things don’t always go fast, esp when it’s been neglected for yrs. But then Ayurveda’s not magic. It takes a little time—but results feel real n lasting when done right.

It’s not about rigid diet charts.. I prefer daily doable changes, seasonal tweaks, emotional food awareness. I often include skin/hair health too, cause that's where ppl feel stuck or self conscious first. Ayurveda is flexible when you know how to listen. That’s what I keep learning. Every pt has her own rhythm, n I try to hear it right—even if she doesn’t have the words for it yet.

Doesn’t mean ignoring modern tools either... sometimes I’ll ask for labs, scans, referrals, whatever’s needed to support clean diagnosis. If you ask what drives me, it’s honestly that moment when a person says “I feel normal again.” That’s it. That’s the goal. Healing not just the disease but the human wrapped around it. Feels right, even on the off days.

During my UG and clinical rotations, I got good hands-on exposure... not just in diagnosing through Ayurvedic nidan but also understanding where and when Allopathic tools (like lab reports or acute interventions) help fill the gap. I really believe that if you *actually* want to heal someone, you gotta see the whole picture—Ayurveda gives you that depth, but you also need to know when modern input is useful, right? I’m more interested in chronic & lifestyle disorders—stuff like metabolic imbalances, stress-linked issues, digestive problems that linger and slowly pull energy down. I don’t rush into giving churnas or kashayams just bcz the texts say so... I try to see what fits the patient’s prakriti, daily habits, emotional pattern etc. It’s not textbook-perfect every time, but that’s where the real skill grows I guess. I do a lot of thinking abt cause vs symptom—sometimes it's not the problem you see that actually needs solving first. What I care about most is making sure the treatment is safe, ethical, practical, and honest. No overpromising, no pushing meds that don’t fit. And I’m always reading or discussing sth—old Samhitas or recent journals, depends what the case demands. My goal really is to build a practice where people feel seen & understood, not just “managed.” That's where healing actually begins, right?

My journey started as a VOPD doctor with Hiims Hospital under Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. For 6 months I was into virtual consultations, understanding cases online, preparing treatment protocols and doing follow ups to track progress. After that, I moved to a Resident Doctor role at Chauhan Ayurved and Panchkarma Hospital, Udaipur. This was very different.. more practical, hands on, and really grounded me in classical Panchakarma. I was actively part of planning and performing therapies like Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Abhyanga, Shirodhara, and other detox and rejuvenation procedures. Many patients came with long standing spine issues, metabolic disorders, skin complaints, or hormonal imbalance and I got to see how tailored Panchakarma protocols and lifestyle advice together can bring changes that medicines alone couldn’t. Working closely with senior consultants gave me better clarity on safety, step by step planning and how to balance classical texts with practical hospital settings. Now, whether in OPD consultations or Panchkarma wards, I try to meet patients with empathy and patience. I focus on root cause correction, using herbs, diet, daily routine guidance, and therapy whenever needed. My belief is that Ayurveda should be accessible and authentic, not complicated or intimidating. My aim is simple—help people move towards long term wellness, not just temporary relief. I see health as balance of body, mind and routine.. and I want my practice to guide patients gently into that space.

Blood tests, reports, scans—they help me track things while still keeping the treatment Ayurvedic in core. I’m also pretty organized about documenting my cases—not just for reference but to understand patterns better. I guess every case teaches you something new, even after hundreds of patients. And I do keep learning, whether it’s updating protocols or trying to refine a virechana schedule that didn’t go as planned. In the end, for me it’s really about finding that balance for each person... not just patching the symptom. I think that’s where Ayurveda really shines.
