Dr. Hemanshu Mehta
I’m Dr. Hemanshu, a second-year MD scholar specializing in Shalya Tantra (Ayurvedic Surgery), with a focused interest in para-surgical interventions such as Agnikarma, Viddhakarma, and Kshara Karma. My academic and clinical journey is rooted in classical Ayurvedic surgical wisdom, complemented by a modern understanding of patient care and evidence-based approaches. With hands-on training and experience in managing chronic pain conditions, musculoskeletal disorders, hemorrhoids, fistula, and other ano-rectal conditions, I provide treatments that emphasize both relief and long-term wellness. I am deeply committed to offering individualized treatment plans that align with the patient’s prakriti (constitution), disease progression, and lifestyle factors. I believe healing is not limited to procedures alone; it also requires compassion, communication, and continuity of care. That’s why I ensure each patient receives personalized guidance—from diagnosis and therapy to post-treatment care and preventive strategies. I also incorporate Ayurvedic principles like Ahara (diet), Vihara (lifestyle), and Satvavajaya (mental well-being) to promote complete healing and not just symptomatic relief. Whether it's managing complex surgical cases or advising on conservative Ayurvedic therapies, my goal is to restore balance and improve the quality of life through authentic, safe, and holistic care. As I continue to deepen my clinical knowledge and surgical acumen, I remain dedicated to evolving as a well-rounded Ayurvedic practitioner who integrates traditional practices with modern sensibilities.

Dr. Manjusha Vikrant Pate
With over 18 years of dedicated Ayurvedic practice, I have focused extensively on treating skin and hair disorders, integrating classical Panchakarma therapies with individualized care. A major aspect of my clinical approach involves Upakarma procedures—supportive therapies within Panchakarma—which I customize based on each patient’s Prakriti (constitutional type). I believe true healing begins when treatments are aligned with the body’s natural balance, and this philosophy guides every aspect of my work. My specialization includes the preparation and use of Ayurvedic formulations that I personally design, including face packs, hair packs, body oils, and facial oils—each one carefully selected and recommended according to the patient’s specific dosha and skin/hair condition. These formulations are result-oriented and rooted in time-tested Ayurvedic principles, ensuring safe, natural, and sustainable outcomes. In my practice, Ayurvedic facials are more than just cosmetic procedures; they are therapeutic treatments tailored to the unique constitution of each individual, aiming to restore inner and outer harmony. By incorporating dosha-based skincare routines and traditional beauty therapies, I help patients achieve visible improvement in conditions like pigmentation, acne, hair fall, and premature aging—without relying on chemical-based solutions. My goal is to blend classical Ayurveda with a practical, patient-focused approach. Whether managing chronic skin concerns, offering customized herbal solutions, or delivering rejuvenative Panchakarma therapies, I ensure each treatment is deeply personalized, holistic, and rooted in authentic Ayurvedic wisdom.

Hi, don’t worry — your symptoms of allergic rhinitis and sneezing can definitely be managed. But since this has been going on for 5 years, only internal medicines won’t be enough at this stage. You’ll need to include some Panchakarma treatments along with internal therapy for lasting relief. First, please get your CBC, ESR, and basic blood reports done and also mention your age, so we can tailor the treatment better. We’ll begin with a combination of internal medicines and Nasya therapy. In addition to the regular medicines, I also advise starting Agasthya Haritaki 12gm with warm milk or water at bedtime. Along with this, Marsha Nasya with Anu Taila for 7–14 days, preceded by proper Mukhabhyanga and Nadi Swedana, will help cleanse and strengthen the nasal passages. >Nasya Treatment (for 7–14 days): Mukhabhyanga – Gentle face massage with Dhanwantaram Taila or Ksheerabala Taila Nadi Swedana – Mild steam over face and forehead for 5–10 minutes Marsha Nasya – 6 drops of Anu Taila in each nostril (early morning, empty stomach or as advised) Post-nasya routine – Gargle with warm water + avoid exposure to cold/dust right after > Internal Medicines: Vyoshadi Vatakam – 12 gm with warm milk, twice daily Talisadi Choornam – with honey, twice daily before food Dashamoola-Katutrayadi Kashayam – 15 ml + 45 ml warm water, twice daily before food Agasthya Haritaki – 12 gm with warm milk or warm water at bedtime

Allergic rhinitis, often rooted in an imbalance of the kapha dosha, can be persistent yet manageable with a dedicated Ayurvedic approach. Addressing this condition requires a multi-faceted strategy, focusing on diet, lifestyle changes, and specific herbal remedies designed to balance kapha, boost immunity, and support respiratory health. Here’s what you can do: First, it's crucial to alter your diet to reduce kapha accumulation. Favor light, warm, and spicy foods. Incorporate more ginger, garlic, and turmeric in your meals, as they help in reducing excess mucus. Avoid dairy products, refined sugars, and cold or heavy foods that can increase kapha and aggravate symptoms. Incorporate regular physical activity into your routine to stimulate circulation and digestion. Yoga poses such as Bhujangasana (cobra pose) and Matsyasana (fish pose) are beneficial for opening up the respiratory passageways and improving lung capacity. Nasya, a procedure in Ayurveda involving the administration of medicinal oils through the nostrils, can work wonders. Anu taila, a classical oil formulation, can help clear nasal passages when applied daily in the mornings. Consult an Ayurveda practitioner before starting, to ensure the right technique and oil choice based on your constitution. Herbal formulations like Sitopaladi churna, Talisadi churna or Trikatu can provide relief. These blends work on clearing up the respiratory system and balancing kapha. Take them as advised by an Ayurvedic practiotioner with warm water or honey. Practicing Pranayama, especially Kapalbhati and Anulom Vilom, enhances lung capacity and removes blockages in the nasal passages. Maintain a regular sleeping pattern and try steam inhalation with eucalyptus oil or tulsi to relieve congestion. Implementing these changes, while be patient, is often the key to success in Ayurveda. If your symptoms do not improve, please seek personal consultation with ayurvedic physician.
