If it is due to dust than wear mask during dust area. Tab:Sharcof (Sharangdhar) 1 tablets 3 to 4 times in a day after food till sneezing or rhinitis subside.It is chewable tablets. Try to change your bedsheet atleast weekly once. Avoid furry blankets.

1) Allergin granules 1/2tsf-0-1/2tsf after food 2) lakshmi vilas ras nadriya 1-0-1 after food 3) Anu taila 1 or 2 drops each nostril in empty stomach in early morning.

Hi, don’t worry — your symptoms of allergic rhinitis and sneezing can definitely be managed. But since this has been going on for 5 years, only internal medicines won’t be enough at this stage. You’ll need to include some Panchakarma treatments along with internal therapy for lasting relief. First, please get your CBC, ESR, and basic blood reports done and also mention your age, so we can tailor the treatment better. We’ll begin with a combination of internal medicines and Nasya therapy. In addition to the regular medicines, I also advise starting Agasthya Haritaki 12gm with warm milk or water at bedtime. Along with this, Marsha Nasya with Anu Taila for 7–14 days, preceded by proper Mukhabhyanga and Nadi Swedana, will help cleanse and strengthen the nasal passages.

Nasya Treatment (for 7–14 days): Mukhabhyanga – Gentle face massage with Dhanwantaram Taila or Ksheerabala Taila Nadi Swedana – Mild steam over face and forehead for 5–10 minutes Marsha Nasya – 6 drops of Anu Taila in each nostril (early morning, empty stomach or as advised) Post-nasya routine – Gargle with warm water + avoid exposure to cold/dust right after

Allergic rhinitis in Ayurveda is commonly correlated with - vata kapha disorder, primarily involving pratisyaya(rhinitis) -ama(toxins) accumulation - rasa dhatu dushti(derangement in bodily fluids) - agni mandya- low digestive fire

GOAL OF TREATMENT -reduced hypersensitivity to allergens - remove accumulated Ama(toxins) - balance kapha and vata -open blocked nasal and sinus channels - boost respiratory immunity.

INTERNALLY START WITH

I kinda think prevention should be a bigger focus in Ayurveda, like we keep talking about root cause but don’t always reach people before it gets worse. My whole method is pretty much built around that—root-cause treatment, yes, but also guiding patients on how to live with their body instead of fighting symptoms all the time. I rely a lot on traditional diagnostics like Naadi, but I mix that with practical therapies they can actually follow. No point in giving hard-to-do regimens if someone’s already overwhelmed. I keep it flexible. Most of my plans include dietary changes, natural formulations, lifestyle corrections and sometimes breathwork, daily rhythms and all that. I’m not here to just “treat illness”—what I really aim for is helping someone feel like they’ve got a handle on their own health again. That shift from just surviving to kinda thriving... that’s what I look for in every case.

Every day kinda grows me. Whether it’s a simple consultation, or longer therapies, I try to keep things real, rooted, and not rushed. And yes there’s still lot to explore. But I’m in this for the long run and I want ppl to know that healing doesn’t mean perfection—it just means balance, awareness, and the willingness to start.

My goal is to help women understand their symptoms early and explain how Ayurveda can help gently but properly, whether it’s hormonal stuff or pain or cycle issues. I use classic Ayurvedic concepts like dosha analysis, ritucharya, n yoni vyapad chikitsa wherever it fits, but sometimes modern lifestyle really needs to be factored in too. Like if someone working night shift, no point telling them to wake up at 5am and do abhyanga daily—it won’t work. I’m practical about it. Anyway, I try my best to create a space where women feel heard. Lot of them said nobody actually explained them what’s going on before. And that’s like the saddest part. I feel my biggest strength is really just listening n tailoring the treatment to her routine, diet n stress pattern. Some cases are harder of course... things don’t always go fast, esp when it’s been neglected for yrs. But then Ayurveda’s not magic. It takes a little time—but results feel real n lasting when done right.
