Hi, don’t worry — your symptoms of allergic rhinitis and sneezing can definitely be managed. But since this has been going on for 5 years, only internal medicines won’t be enough at this stage. You’ll need to include some Panchakarma treatments along with internal therapy for lasting relief. First, please get your CBC, ESR, and basic blood reports done and also mention your age, so we can tailor the treatment better. We’ll begin with a combination of internal medicines and Nasya therapy. In addition to the regular medicines, I also advise starting Agasthya Haritaki 12gm with warm milk or water at bedtime. Along with this, Marsha Nasya with Anu Taila for 7–14 days, preceded by proper Mukhabhyanga and Nadi Swedana, will help cleanse and strengthen the nasal passages.

Allergic rhinitis is a chronic hypersensitivity condition that requires a long term , multi pronged approach- especially when it has lasted as long as a 5 years and is resistant to medications.
Allergic rhinitis in Ayurveda is commonly correlated with - vata kapha disorder, primarily involving pratisyaya(rhinitis) -ama(toxins) accumulation - rasa dhatu dushti(derangement in bodily fluids) - agni mandya- low digestive fire
GOAL OF TREATMENT -reduced hypersensitivity to allergens - remove accumulated Ama(toxins) - balance kapha and vata -open blocked nasal and sinus channels - boost respiratory immunity.
INTERNALLY START WITH
1) HARIDRA KHANDA= 1 tsp with warm milk twice daily In morning and night for 3-6 months = anti-allergic, reduces kapha, improves immunity.
