Hi Sumaira, Can you tell me if you experience any other symptoms, such as cramps, mood swings, or irregularity in your cycle? Also, how is your diet, stress level, and sleep quality? Your menstrual flow and acne could be related to hormonal imbalances, and addressing factors like stress, diet, and possibly Ayurvedic herbs like Shatavari or Ashoka might help balance your hormones.
