Recurring Sneezing Issues - #50961
My problem is related to Cheeke 1.Subah uthunga raat me thoda bhi fan chalaya toh 5-10 cheeke 2. Nahane me pani luke warm se thoda thanda hua toh bathroom se bahar aakr 4-5 cheeke 3.Summers me AC chala lia, raat me 4 bje ke around cold wether ki wajah se thodi bhi thand lagi toh cheeke. 4. Thoda temperature change hua cheeke.. Jaise bike pr jaate hue kabhi kabhi trees wale area me thandi hawa lag jati Har baar cheeke esi aati pura hanky wet hojata 4-5 saal se kam se kam hai.. Pls suggest any way to cure this

—Yeh problem Ayurveda ke hisaab se Vata aur Kapha dosh ke imbalance ki wajah se hoti hai. Thandi hawa aur temperature change se Vata–Kapha badh jata hai, jis se baar-baar cheeke aur pani jaisa naak se discharge hota hai. Isko Pratishyaya ka roop maana jata hai.
