I have a bone spur in my left shoulder, the size of a goats beard. cant lift my arm over my head. it is on the ball of the joint. they want me to get a new joint. I told them no ,remove the spur.

Bone spur in shoulder = extra bone growth causing pain and difficulty lifting arm In Ayurveda, it is mainly Vata problem in the joint. Daily warm oil massage (Mahanarayana oil) mild heat Yogaraj Guggulu 1tab bd AF Lakshadi Guggulu 1tab bd AF Shallaki (Boswellia) 1tab bd AF Avoid cold foods If joint is badly damaged, surgery may be needed. If only spur is the problem, sometimes removing the spur is enough full joint replacement is not always required
