Eat light, warm, and freshly cooked meals with spices like ginger and cumin, avoid cold/heavy foods, and practice daily yoga poses like Pawanmuktasana, Vajrasana, and Apanasana for digestive balance. 1. Drakshasava 15ml with equal water after meals. 2. Panchakola churna ½ teaspoon Twice daily, usually before meals, With warm water Eating smaller, more frequent meals (rather than large meals) can help ease the digestive process and prevent bloating and discomfort. *Staying hydrated is crucial, especially when you have digestive issues. Aim to drink water regularly and consider herbal teas like chamomile, which can have a calming effect on the digestive system.

I have gained comprehensive clinical experience through my internship and professional duties, which has laid a strong foundation for my medical practice. During my internship, I worked extensively across multiple departments, including casualty, general medicine, general surgery, and obstetrics & gynecology at the Government District Hospital, Gadag. This exposure allowed me to handle a variety of acute and chronic cases, sharpen my clinical assessment skills, and actively participate in patient management under the guidance of senior medical professionals. Following this, I served as a duty doctor at AYUSH Hospital, Gadag Betgeri, where I applied my Ayurvedic knowledge in a clinical setting and contributed to patient care in both outpatient and inpatient departments. I successfully completed 366 days of rigorous internship training at DGM Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Gadag, where I was involved in patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning under supervision. My time there allowed me to integrate classical Ayurvedic principles with practical patient care while developing a keen understanding of hospital operations and multidisciplinary collaboration. These experiences have enhanced my ability to handle diverse medical conditions confidently while maintaining a patient-centered approach. I am dedicated to continuing my journey as an Ayurvedic practitioner with the same passion and commitment, focusing on delivering quality, evidence-based, and holistic healthcare.

Hello Mr.Anil. yes you can follow this for 3 months and if u need permanent solution for this u can go for a shodhana call virechana treatment which helps in removing excessive pitta (bile) from the body so that it reduces burning and other issues. 1.drink plenty of water and fluids olive oil for cooking 3.high fiber diet eg.barly ,oats, chickpeas, beans, lentils etc 4.brown rice 5.consume much vegitables 6.avoid non veg. If u want to eat nonveg then you can take chicken or fish occassionally 7.acoid friends and oily food 8.avoid spicey food, maida, and dairy products 9.avoid alcohol You can follow this along with it. Or u can only take 1.Avipattikarachoorna 1tsp twice daily before food with warm water

When dealing with persistent digestive issues like yours, it's crucial to consider both the immediate relief and the long-term balance of your doshas. From an Ayurvedic perspective, it appears that there's a Vata-Pitta imbalance, affecting your digestion and mental clarity.. Here’s a detailed approach to manage this: Firstly, consider using Trikatu Churna, which includes black pepper, long pepper, and ginger. This combination can help to stimulate your Agni (digestive fire) and promote better nutrient absorption. You can take 1/2 teaspoon with a little bit of honey before meals, but avoid if you feel too much heat (Pitta increase). To specifically address the flatulence and sticky stools, adding a teaspoon of Triphala Churna at night with warm water can be beneficial due to its balancing properties, assisting in colon cleansing without overly stimulating. You already find Hingwashtak Churna helpful, continue with it around mealtime as its carminative effects should alleviate bloating and discomfort. As for dietary habits, try to incorporate more naturally probiotic foods like homemade pickles or fermented greens in small amounts, which can help restore gut flora. Regular intake of CCF tea (Cumin, Coriander, Fennel) throughout the day can also soothe and support digestive functions. In terms of lifestyle, continue with your yoga practice but incorporate postures that specifically aid digestion, such as Ardha Matsyendrasana (Half Lord of the Fishes Pose) and Pavanamuktasana (Wind-Relieving Pose). Along with pranayama, Brahmari and Nadi Shodhana would be beneficial. Ashwagandha (as a supplement or tea) is a great adaptogen for fatigue and mental fog. Continue it evening time as it's calming yet supports energy stabilization. Note that skin itching may be a Pitta issue reflecting internal heat or inflammations so applying cooling substances externally like aloe vera gel can provide relief. Lastly stay vigilant about urination and sleep disruption as these might require further medical evaluation if persistent. If symptoms don't considerably improve in 3-4 months, consult a gastroenterologist for more comprehensive tests.
