Ayurvedic upchar ke liye, sabse pehle aapko apne aahar aur lifestyle mein kuch parivartan karne chahiye. Aapko jaldi se khana nahi khana chahiye, aur chhote chhote samay par khana lena chahiye. Aap Triphala ka istemal kar sakte hain, jo digestion ko sudharne aur gas ko kam karne mein madadgar hota hai. Ginger (adrak) ki chai bhi helpful ho sakti hai, kyunki yeh digestion ko behtar karti hai aur gas ko kam karti hai. Aap Ajwain (carom seeds) ka powder pani ke sath le sakte hain, jo ki gas aur jalan ko kam karne mein madad karega.
