I m male. My age is 34-40. Due to stress I had excess sebum, my hair started thinning which cause oily dandruff. Now I have only 30℅ hair which is the outer layer. I have baldness in my crown area. Due to shortage of sleep, my hair, heard, moustache getting grey. I need a complete solution for all this. Now I don't have stress, but I have excess sebum issue for the past 10 years. I started using doctor prescribed Ketakonazole shampoo which turned my hair grey hair.


Avoid spicy, oily, and fried food. Increase intake of cooling foods like cucumbers, coconut, mint, and fresh fruits to balance oil levels. Apply Amla oil to your scalp and hair. Their main solution was either to wait and see if it goes away on its own or to remove it surgically. But I really don’t want to go through a procedure if I can avoid it. I read that oral mucocele can form from repeated lip biting or irritation, which makes sense because I do have a habit of pressing my teeth against my lips when I’m stressed.
