I was diagnosed with high blood pressure (hypertension) a few years ago, and my readings usually stay around 150/95. My doctor prescribed medication, but I don’t want to depend on it for life. I’m looking for natural ways to lower my BP, so I started researching Ayurvedic treatment for blood pressure to see if there are long-term solutions. I read that Ayurveda treats hypertension as an imbalance in Pitta and Vata doshas and recommends herbal remedies like Sarpagandha, Arjuna, Jatamansi, and Brahmi to calm the nervous system and support heart health.
