My blood pressure has been creeping up over the past few years, and now it’s officially in the “high” range. The doctor wants me to take medication, but I’d rather try a natural approach first. I’ve heard that High BP Ayurveda treatments can help regulate blood pressure without side effects, but I don’t know where to start.
