For the past few weeks, I’ve been experiencing frequent urination, and I don’t know what’s causing it. I feel the urge to go to the bathroom more often than usual, even when I haven’t been drinking much water. What exactly causes frequent urination, and when is it considered a medical issue? Could it be something minor like drinking too much caffeine or water, or could it be a sign of something serious like diabetes or a urinary tract infection?
