How to reduce arthritis pain - #19910

Hello doctor I have been feeling so much pain since January and when I went to hospital I was told I have arthritis first the pain started on my fingers now my whole body is in pain especially my shoulder and neck I've tried taking herbal medicine but it's not working am in so much pain

Hello , According to your symptoms it may rheumatoid arthritis. Avoid cold things keep yourself warm, no Processed foods, oily food, aerated juices, tea and coffee, no diary products,

Home remedies - dry ginger powder 50gms with kolakuttadi choorna 100gms mix this both and store it, apply this powder to the affected joints by mixing with saindhav taila( the taila should be double boiled) apply leave for 45 mins then wash it with hot water.

1) ajamodadi choorna 1/2tsf with hot water at 11 am 2) simhanada guggulu 2-0-2 after food 3) amavatari ras 1-0-1

Do these things for month then reconsult me.
