Whenever I eat anything spicy, non spicy , sweet Or any type of oily or without oily I get cough after eating food or any other thing I am facing this problem from 5 to 6 months and something I feel chest pain also ..... How I can recover from this problem what is the daily routine I have to follow on the daily basis ....like exercises or any other thing I also gets tired or whenever I run I get tired fastly and for a 15 year old boy this can be bad .....
