I have incidences of anxiety most times during the day. I am 55 years a female. It also affects my mood and makes me feel weak. I also experience dry eye, Hot flashes, headaches and general body pains.

Prefer meditation and pranayam. Try to avoid causes of anxiety. Whenever you can spot the cause for your mood swings and try to refrain yourself from such situations. Setting up a daily routine and including pranayam and breath concentartion exercises will help the most

Avoid Sweet spicy sour food, oil fried items processed foods coffee, carbonate juices.

Walking everyday atleast 30 mins in morning is very good

Meditation for 10 min by chanting Om mantra

Drink soya milk without sugar weekly twice for month.

1) tab menason 1-0-1 after food 2) tab hadjod 1-0-0 after food

Take this medicine for month and consult me again after month
