How to reduce life threatening severe anxiety, mouth spasm, speech shuttering, caused due to unwanted excessive dosage of antipshychotics - #30746

Prashant
$5.85

Taking antipshychotics since last 10+ yrs, but life turns out to be worst, feeling extreme tiredness, life threatening severe anxiety, mouth spasm, high speech shuttering, low mood, reddishness of eyes having -8D power in both eyes, severe low alertness & focus. Also experience nano level contamination of severe dosage antipshychotics, antidepressants, which can be indirect, smart in the form of air , water frequently- this is just a honest experience. Got significant improvement by ayurveda within 3 months only, but continued indirect contamination in living environment worsens life later. Many young talents like Sushant Singh Rajput and many more became a victim of same, also many poor hidden talents are victims too, as people generally believe what they see, observe & feel, thereby hidden unbearble pain, becomes completely silent. So, Want to tackle this situation, before life threatening situation occurs and want to contribute significantly globally, as my carrier has been stopped since 10+ years. It's a deep request to please recommend affordable single sealed herbs & medicines(single sealed per dose) for optimal benefits & fast recovery so as to minimize risk of smart & indirect contamination.

Thanks sir

HELLO PRASHANT,

I hear the intensity of what you are going through, Prashant . What you described- long- term high-dose antipsychotic use with severe side effects (mouth spasms, anxiety, speech issues, tiredness)- is extremely difficult, and it is very important to approach this in a safe manner

FIRST AND FOREMOST= life=threthening side effects from antipsychotics require urgent medical attention. Please do not try to stop or alter your medication suddenly on your own- it can cause dangerous withdrawal or relapse.

You have been taking antipsychotic medicines for 10 years. These medicines help in controlling certain mental health conditions but long-term high dose use can cause severe side effects, such as -Severe anxiety and inner restlessness (often called akathisia) -Mouth spasms, tongue twisting, or jaw stiffness (tardive dyskinesia/ dystonia) -speech stuttering or difficulty speaking clearly (due to nerve muscle effects) -extreme tiredness , lack of motivation (medicine suppresses dopamine, which also drives energy)

In Ayurveda, this looks like an imbalance of Vata (causing spasms, speech issues, nervous instability) and Pitta (causing anxiety, restlessness, heat in mind-body)

Your main goals are -reduce side effects safely with support of psychiatrist -calm and nourish the nervous system through Ayurveda, diet, yoga and lifestyle -rebuild energy and clarity so you can live meaningfully and contribute

TREATMENT GOALS

1) PACIFICATION= calm the aggravated vata and pitta through herbs, oils and diet 2) NOURISHMENT AND STRENGTH= rebuild Ojas(vital energy) through ghee, milk, rasayana herbs 3) MENTAL CLARITY= reduce anxiety, stabilize mood 4) CONTROL OF NERVOUS OVERACTIVITY= oils, massage, etc 5) REJUVINATION= long term strengthening of mind and body

INTERNAL MEDICATIONS

1) BRAHMI VATI= 1 tab with warm milk in morning for mind and speech =improves memory, reduces anxiety, stabilises nervous system

2) ASHWAGANDHA CAPSULES= 1 cap with milk twice daily after meals =strengthens nerves, reduces fatigue, acts as natural anti-anxiety

3) JATAMANSI CAPSULES= 1 cap with honey or milk at bedtime =calming, improves sleep, reduces anxiety

4) SARASWATARISHTA= 20 ml with equal water after meals twice daily after meals =for speech clarity, nervous calmness, and memory

5) MUKTA PISHTI = 125 mg once daily with honey =cooling, anti-anxiety, balances pitta

MINIMUM DURATION= 3-6 months. benefits often visible in 3-4 weeks

EXTERNAL THERAPY

1) OIL MASSAGE= With warm Bala ashwagandhadhi taila followed by warm water bath =calms vata, relaxes muscles, reduces spasms

2) NASYA= instill 2 drops of Brahmi taila in each nostril daily morning =improves speech, nervous strength, reduces spasms in head/neck

DIET -warm, freshly cooked food -khichdi, vegetable soup, rice with ghee -milk with turmeric, pinch of nutmeg at night -ghee, sesame oil, soaked almonds, dates -herbal teas= brahmi, tulsi, jatamansi

AVOID (they aggravate vata/pitta and worsen spasms/anxiety) -cold, dry, leftover foods -excess spicy, sour, fried foods -coffee, tea, alcohol, smoking -packaged junk food, aerated drinks

LIFESTYLE

SLEEP= go to bed before 11 pm, wake up early

ROUTINE= eat at fixed times, maintain regularity

AVOID OVERSTIMULATION= loud tv, excess social media, disturbing news

NATURE EXPOSURE= morning/evening walks, sunlight for 20-30 mins

SELF OIL MASSAGE= head, feet, spine before bath

YOGA AND PRANAYAM

1) Bhramari pranayam= 7 rounds morning and evening -> reduces anxiety, improves speech control

2) Anulom-vilom= 10 rounds-> balances brain hemispheres, calms nerves

3) SHAVASANA= 10 mins daily resets nervous system

4) GENTLE CHANTING OF “OM”= vibrational therapy for speech and calmness

5) Avoid very forceful pranayama in your condition like kapalbhati

HOME REMEDIES

1) Warm milk + 1 tsp ghee + pinch of nutmeg at bedtime-> better sleep

2) Soaked almonds + raisins in morning -> brain nourishment

3) Tulsi + brahmi tea once daily-> reduces anxiety

4) Coconut water -> balances pitta, reduces restlessness

INVESTIGATION NEEDED -Neurological evaluation= check for tardive dyskinesia, dystonia -Psychiatric review= assess necessity and dose of current antipsychotic

Prashant, your suffering is real and serious. please remember -do not suddenly stop allopathy- always taper under observation -Ayurveda can reduce side effects, rebuild strength and improve quality of life, but it must be personalised -mind, body, and environment healing together will help you regain stability -your desire to overcome this and contribute to the world is your biggest strength- hold onto it.

DO FOLLOW

HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL

THANK YOU

Can you recommend also single sealed per dose for daily rituals, eyes, speech.?

Hello I can understand your concern

For Speech You can try 1. Ksheerbala 101 awartiki capsules, it contains liquid medication inside that you can use for tongue application ( 1 capsule you can use in morning and 1 capsule at night )

For Daily ritual You can use warm oil, warming the oil through double boiling method will prevent any contamination

For nasya also You can keep the bottle in warm water before use (It will prevent any cross contamination )

For Eye drop Sorry but i didnt get any single sealed pack dose

I can understand your condition as you are prone for cross or smart contamination

Its better to take precautions as much as we can

hello prashant ,

I hear the depth of struggle in what you’ve shared, and it’s clear you’ve carried a heavy burden for many years. Long-term use of antipsychotics can indeed leave the body feeling drained, with symptoms like tiredness, speech difficulty, anxiety, and low focus. On top of that, when the mind perceives ongoing contamination in the surroundings, it can make daily life feel unsafe and unmanageable. What you’ve already noticed that Ayurveda gave you relief in just a few months shows that your system still has resilience. The focus now is to gently clear toxins, strengthen your digestion and nerves, and give you stable, sealed single-dose medicines that reduce any risk of external interfere

Ama Pachana (first 5 days) Trikatu capsule – 1 capsule twice daily before food with warm water for 5 days.

Internal medicines (from day 6 onwards, continue for 3 months) Ashwagandha capsule 500 mg – 1 capsule at bedtime with warm milk or warm water. Brahmi capsule 500 mg – 1 capsule in the morning after food. Guduchi capsule 500 mg – 1 capsule twice daily after food. Shankhpushpi capsule 500 mg – 1 capsule at night after food.

daily measures

Sip warm water through the day to support digestion. Keep meals light and regular, avoid processed and leftover food. Gentle morning walk or pranayama (like Anulom-Vilom) for 10 minutes if possible.

Investigations (to track your current status)

Complete blood count (CBC) Liver function test (LFT) Kidney function test (KFT) Serum electrolytes Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D levels

Eye examination (to monitor -8D power and redness causes)

With these steps, you’ll gradually feel more grounded, alert, and less burdened by the tiredness and anxiety. Healing may take time, but every bit of consistent effort adds up. What you’ve gone through doesn’t erase your talent or worth—it only means your journey has been harder than most.

Warm regards, Dr. Karthika

*I have totally understood your issue…

*The experience of feeling like one’s life is deteriorating while on medication can be isolating. However, it’s crucial to acknowledge that you are not alone in facing such challenges.

*Ayurveda, an ancient Indian holistic healing system, emphasizes the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit in achieving overall health and well-being.

* Ayurveda explains mental health as a balance of the three doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. 1.VATA IMBALANCE can lead to anxiety, restlessness, and insomnia.

2.PITTA IMBALANCE can cause anger, irritability.

3.KAPHA IMBALANCE can result in depression, lethargy.

*Ayurvedic treatment for mental health focuses on restoring the balance of the doshas through various approaches. *A balanced diet, adequate sleep, and regular exercise are crucial for managing stress and promoting mental health.

*Meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises), and yoga are integral parts of Ayurvedic approaches to mental well-being.

**Abruptly stopping antipsychotics can lead to withdrawal symptoms, such as anxiety, restlessness, insomnia, and even a relapse of psychotic symptoms.

*NEED PERSONAL CONSULTATION Find qualified Ayurvedic practitioner in your area who specializes in mental health is recommended. He or She can provide a personalized assessment of your doshic balance and recommend suitable Ayurvedic treatments and therapies.

hear how difficult things have been for you. Dealing with extreme tiredness, anxiety, and physical symptoms for over a decade while feeling like your life has been put on hold is an immense burden. It’s completely understandable that you’re looking for solutions to regain your health and get back to your career.

The symptoms you’re experiencing, including the feeling of “nano level contamination,” are very serious and require professional medical attention. The belief that you are being indirectly contaminated with medications through air or water is a significant concern that needs to be addressed with a healthcare provider. These feelings, especially when tied to specific events like the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, are often a symptom of the very conditions you are trying to treat.

1) tab mansaamrita rasa 1-1-1 after food

2 ashwagnadharishta 20 ml after food 2 times

3) tab smritisagar rasa- 1-0-1 after food 4) brahmi vati 1-0-1 after food

Panchakarma Therapies: These are detoxification and rejuvenation treatments that are a core part of Ayurveda. For mental health, therapies such as: Shirodhara: The continuous pouring of warm oil on the forehead to calm the nervous system and relieve anxiety. Abhyanga: Full-body massage with medicated oils to promote relaxation and balance. Nasya: Nasal administration of herbal oils to cleanse and calm the head and mind. Lifestyle and Dietary Recommendations In addition to herbal remedies, Ayurveda emphasizes the importance of lifestyle and dietary changes for mental well-being. These include: Mindful Diet: A nourishing diet tailored to one’s dosha constitution is crucial. This involves including fresh, whole foods while minimizing processed and artificial substances. Yoga and Pranayama: Practices like yoga postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama), such as Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing), are recommended to relieve stress and balance the nervous system. Meditation: Mindfulness and meditation practices are integral to Ayurvedic approaches for stress management and promoting mental clarity. Quality Sleep: Establishing a regular sleep routine is essential for mental health

HELLO PRASHANT,

I hear your concern. what you describe- severe anxiety, mouth spasms, speech difficulties, and extreme tiredness after long- term antipsychotic use - is very serious. These symptoms may be related to side effects of antipsychotics, particularly tardive dyskinesia (involuntary movements such as mouth spasms), drug-induced Parkinsonism, or even neuroleptic malignant syndrome in some cases.

FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANT STEP This is not safe to manage alone. You should urgently consult a psychiatrist or neurologist- especially if symptoms are worsening or feel life-threthening. Dose adjustment, change of medication, or the use of specific antidyskinetic medicines like tetrabenazine, amantadine, benzodiazepines, propranolol may be required

While modern medical supervision is essential , Ayurveda can offer supportive management to reduce stress, spasms, and improve nervous system strength. A tailored approach Is needed, but generally

1) REMOVAL OF CAUSE -Gradual supervised withdrawal or change of the offending medicine -avoid stimulants coffee, excess screen time, alcohol, smoking

2) PACIFYING THERAPY

-KALYANAKA GHRITA= 10 ml with warm milk once daily. in morning after breakfast =can be increased gradually to 15 ml if tolerated

-SARASWATARISHTA= 30 ml with equal water twice daily after meals =helps anxiety, speech, memory

-ASHWAGANDHA CHURNA= 6 gm with milk once daily at night

-SHANKHAPUSHPI VATI= 500mg thrice daily after meals =helps anxiety and cognitive clarity

- ANTI SPASM/ MUSCLE RELAXING

-MAHATIKTAKA GHRITA= 10 ml with warm milk once daily =good for neurological vata disorders

-BALA+SHATAVARI + ASHWAGANDHA CHURNA= 1 tsp with milk once daily =strengthen muscles, reduces tremors

3) PANCHAKARMA SUPPORTIVE THERAPIES

-OIL MASSAGE + HOT FOMENTATION= daily 30-45 min =use mahanarayan taila ; relaxes muscles and nerves

-SHIRODHARA= 20-30 min/day, 3-4 times/week =brahmi taila ; reduces anxiety and mouth spasms

-NASYA= 6 drops of Anu taila per nostril daily =improves speech clarity and neurological coordination

4) LIFESTYLE AND DIET -Warm, freshly cooked, sattvik diet. avoid junk , fermented, or excessively spicy food -yoga and pranayam= nadi sodhana, bhramari and gentle meditation -regular sleep schedule

-Ayurveda can be supportive, but abruptly stooping antipsychotics is dangerous and may cause rebound psychosis or severe withdrawal -Your description of “contamination through air or water” may itself be part of psychiatric condition (paranoid perception). please share this openly with doctor- they will help without judgement -If you ever feel like harming yourself or your condition is worsening-> seek emergency medical care immediately

THANK YOU

Managing the effects of excessive exposure to antipsychotics can be complex, particularly when compounded by living environment challenges. Given your history with long-term medication use and current experiences, addressing imbalances through Ayurveda could be supportive. Your symptoms suggest pitta, vata vitiation, as well as possible tamas dosha accumulation, possibly resulting from the prolonged medication use, and the lifestyle factors you mentioned.

First, consider incorporating Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) into your daily routine. It’s known for enhancing cognitive functions, reducing anxiety, and improving concentration without causing drowsiness. Brahmi can be taken in a dosage of 250 mg once to twice daily. For optimal absorption, take with a glass of warm water or milk. Another helpful herb is Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), well-regarded for its adaptogenic properties, helping stabilize mood and supporting adrenal health. Ashwagandha, should be taken in a dosage of around 500 mg, twice daily after meals. To prevent contamination, source only from reputable manufacturers that provide sealed, individually packaged doses.

For addressing energy and vitality, consider Chyawanprash, an herbal jam made from amla (Indian Gooseberry) and other rejuvenating herbs. A daily spoonful can strengthen immunity and improve energy levels. For eyestrain and supporting ocular health, Triphala can be beneficial. Consider a half teaspoon of Triphala churna mixed with warm water before bed.

Regarding lifestyle recommendations, embrace a pitta-pacifying diet that includes cooling foods like cucumber, cilantro, and coconut water. Avoid spicy, high-sodium, or processed foods that may irritate the doshas further. Regular exercise, such as gentle yoga or Tai Chi, can help maintain overall balance and reduce stress levels.

In light of potential environmental factors, consider purifying your indoor air using natural filtration methods such as plants like aloe vera or areca palm, and ensure your water supply is from a trusted source or filtered adequately. If symptoms persist or worsen, seek immediate professional advice.
