I am feeling kinda lost with my health lately. A couple of months ago, I started experiencing this weird fatigue and lots of joint pain. Like, I used to enjoy climbing stairs and now I dread it. I went to the doctor, and they did some tests. Nothing major came up, just the usual stuff, which is good but also frustrating because I still feel awful! A friend of mine told me about Sitaram Rasonadi Kashayam Tablets and said they might help with boosting energy and reducing inflammation. I thought, hey, why not give this a shot? But then, I got worried. Are there any side effects I should be aware of? I mean, I don't want to end up feeling worse. I also found some conflicting info online. Some peopel say it works wonders, while others didn't seem to have the same luck! Have any of you guys had experience with Sitaram Rasonadi Kashayam Tablets? Do they really help with fatigue and joint issues, or is it just another herbal remedy that doesn't deliver? I'm kinda at my wits end here, and just really want to feel like myself again.
