✅DIET MODIFICATION

✅ Include

Warm, freshly cooked food — mung dal soup, khichdi, vegetable stew. Millets (ragi, jowar, kodo) instead of white rice. Ghee (1 tsp/day) — nourishes joints and balances Vata. Turmeric, ginger, cumin, fenugreek, cinnamon – improve metabolism.

Amla, sesame, soaked almonds, and dates – rebuild Ojas and support hair. Cow’s milk at bedtime with Shatavari powder for hot flash relief.

Cold, heavy, or fried foods. Curd at night, sugar, bakery products, and cold drinks. Sitting long hours or day sleep after meals (increases Kapha).

To address weight, hair loss, joint pain, and menopausal symptoms, we’ll consider an integrated Ayurvedic approach. Your symptoms suggest a potential imbalance in Vata and Kapha doshas, particularly during the menopause transition, which could accentuate these imbalances.

Starting with diet, aim to reduce Kapha-aggravating foods—avoid cold, heavy, oily foods, and sugar. Favor warm, cooked meals; include spices like ginger and turmeric to support digestion and manage Vata. Focus on whole grains, legumes, green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits. Consider sipping warm water throughout the day to boost metabolism. Meals should be well-timed — aim to have dinner by 7 PM, allowing for a restful digestion before sleep.

For hair health, gently massage the scalp with coconut or bhringraj oil twice a week. Leave it overnight if possible, which can nourish the scalp and promote hair growth. Consume amla (Indian gooseberry), rich in Vitamin C, which strengthens hair and boosts overall vitality.

Joint pain can benefit from regular, gentle yoga or stretching exercises. Try ‘Cat-Cow’ and ‘Pigeon’ poses to open the hips and ease joint discomfort. Applying a warm sesame oil massage to affected areas daily followed by a warm bath can provide relief. Ashwagandha, a well-known adaptogen, could support with stress management, energy and joint comfort; consult a practitioner for dosage.

For hot flashes and other menopausal symptoms, consider herbs like Shatavari and Black Cohosh—again, seek guidance for proper use. Regular meditation or pranayama (breathing exercises) can help balance hormones and calm the mind. Sleep is crucial, so establish a bedtime routine without screens and heavy meals before rest.

Physical, start with habits you can sustain. Proceed with awareness, listening to your body. Each change, though simple, can gradually restore balance. Consulting a local Ayurvedic practitioner for tailored treatments ensuring compatibility with any current medications is advisable. If joint pain or menopause symptoms suddenly worsen, seek immediate medical attention. Your journey towards balance and healing is gradual, but consistent steps can bring profound changes.

HELLO,

Ayurvedic Point of View Your desire to be in a more feminine, fluid, and blissful sexual condition is perfectly in sync with Ayurvedic teachings to balance vāta and pitta and cultivate śukra dhātu — the reproductive substance that enhances sensuality, softness, and emotional resonance. Ayurveda views this goal not as changing gender but as harmonizing masculine and feminine energies within the body. When ojas (vital energy) increases and sexual energy is not depleted through ejaculation, the body naturally experiences a more subtle and whole-body pleasure.

Understanding the Herbs You have chosen four important herbs — Red Clover, Saw Palmetto, Shatavari, and Yashtimadhu (Licorice) — all of which can play valuable roles when used mindfully. Shatavari is the primary herb in this formulation. Cooling, nourishing, and rejuvenating to śukra dhātu, it softens the system, enhances fluidity, and promotes gentle, receptive arousal. In women, it enhances fertility and lubrication; in men, it is likely to produce calm sensuality and less forceful release. Licorice (Yashtimadhu) is sweet and cooling too. It aids in adrenal balance, softens the hormonal expression, and mildly decreases androgens. But high dose or chronic usage may elevate blood pressure or decrease testosterone levels too much, hence it has to be used judiciously. Saw Palmetto is used to balance prostate function and lower excess DHT, the hormone that causes aggressive libido and prostate enlargement. It will assist you in progressing to a more even, less masculine arousal state, but extended usage or high doses may slightly decrease fertility or testosterone. Red Clover is weakly estrogenic in its phytoestrogen composition. It balances hormonal energy weakly, not powerfully, and maintains a balanced endocrine system. It is harmless if taken in tea form or small doses several times a week, rather than daily for extended periods of time. Combined, these herbs can actually support the softer, more receptive, and fluid form of bliss you are looking for. But they should be balanced with invigorating herbs that uphold vitality and avoid over-suppression of hormones.

Other Balancing Herbs To make your program effective and safe, Ayurveda advises adding some herbs that guard ojas and provide strength. Ashwagandha is perfect to maintain your general energy and masculinity intact yet enable relaxation and deeper enjoyment. Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris) maintains the prostate and urinary system, fortifies śukra dhātu, and enables sexual energy to flow without compelling ejaculation. Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) maintains the balance of hormones and immunity, particularly when supplementing with other herbs over the long term. Kumari (Aloe vera) contributes cooling and fluidity, bringing pitta into harmony and assisting the body’s inherent moisture balance.

How to Take These Herbs Early in the morning, take one teaspoon of Shatavari powder dissolved in warm milk or oat milk. You may add half a teaspoon of Gokshura powder and some honey if desired. This pair nourishes śukra dhātu and sets the body up for peaceful, receptive energy during the day. In the night, after supper, consume Saw Palmetto extract (about 160 mg) with warm water. You can also consume a small quantity (about one-fourth teaspoon) of Licorice in warm water or milk and half a teaspoon or one capsule of Ashwagandha. Consume Red Clover tea two or three times a week instead of daily.

Duration and Safety Take the herbs regularly for approximately 8 to 12 weeks, and then take a break of two weeks to allow the body to reset. This avoids hormonal stalling or habituation. If you want to do it lifelong, it is advisable to take such cycles with brief intervals. Don’t take extremely high dosages of Licorice or Saw Palmetto. Have an annual check-up with testosterone, LH, FSH, and prostate health indicators to keep your internal equilibrium in check. These herbs can slightly decrease sperm counts or testosterone when used excessively, but the impact is generally mild and reversible after a brief hiatus. Shatavari and Gokshura are long-term safe use herbs and don’t cause loss of fertility by themselves.

On “Bliss Day” The morning of the day you want to enjoy non-ejaculatory pleasure must start with serenity and mental clarity. The night before, have light, pure, vegetarian food with milk, ghee, rice, and fruits. Refrain from chillies, alcohol, and drugs. In the morning, have Shatavari and Gokshura in milk, followed by soft yoga — particularly vajroli mudra, ashwini mudra, viparita karani, and deep breathing. The trick is not to try to suppress ejaculation forcibly but to let the energy flow throughout the entire body. Feminine pleasure comes from letting go, opening up, and receptivity, not from muscular control.

Expected Experience With practice and time, erections can become softer but more enjoyable, and the energy of arousal spreads throughout the body rather than remaining focused in the genitals. Pre-seminal or prostate fluid may rise over time — typically a few milliliters to a few drops. Pleasure can be longer-lasting, often lasting a few minutes, and feel more whole-body and emotional, rather than explosive or sharp. This effect builds up over time through regular practice, sattvic lifestyle, and meditation.

Guidance Summary Your selected herbs are nice on the whole, but for balance and long-term safety, include Ashwagandha, Gokshura, and Guduchi. Take the herbs for 12 weeks on and off for two weeks. Keep a check on your health every year and avoid excessive dosages of Licorice or Saw Palmetto. Maintain your diet refreshing, rejuvenating, and unpolluted, and concentrate on internal energy flow through breathing and consciousness instead of force.

THANK YOU

DR. MAITRI ACHARYA
