Aap IBS, headache aur skin itching ke liye Ayurvedic medicine sath me le sakte hain, lekin kuch baatein dhyaan me rakhni jaroori hain. Ayurveda ke mutabik, IBS jise hum Grahani bhi kehte hain, zyada karke vata aur pitta dosha ke karan hota hai. Headache, vata and pitta imbalance se increase hota hai aur skin itching ka sambandh kapha aur pitta ke imbalance se ho sakta hai.
IBS ke liye main aapko recommend karunga ki Amlapitta mishran ya Guggulu preparations jise Hinguvachadi churna kauggestion hai, ye aap khana khane ke baad paani ke sath le sakte hain. Headache ke liye Brahmi vati ya Shankhpushpi churn ka use karein, ise thoda doodh ya pani me mix karke peeyen. Skin itching ke liye Khadirarishta ya Manjistha capsules lena ferment hai, khane ke baad thode paani me milakar peeyen.
Aapko ye medicines lagataar kam se kam 1-2 months tak lena padega lekin stithi ke anusar dos aur avadhi me badlav bhi ho sakta hai. Khana sahi khana bhoot important hai, IBS ke liye halka aur pachta sa khana khayein, jisme zyada tel masala na ho. Saaral aur pachauli khana khayein jaise khichadi aur moong dal.
Lifestyle par bhi focus karna zaroori hai, yoga aur meditation se stress kam karke symptom control me help kar sakta hai. Apne dincharya ko aisa banayein ki vata aur pitta dosha balanced rahe, jisme sound sleep aur regular exercise bhi ho.
