Vajan kam karne ke liye Trikuta churna aur Triphala ka upyog ek samanya aur purani Ayurvedic vidhi hai, jo kai log upayogi samajhte hain. Lekin is samay prashna uchit hai ki kya yeh aapke sharirk vinyesh pariksha ke bina thik hai? Trikuta churna—jo ki saunth (dry ginger), kali mirch (black pepper), aur pippali (long pepper) ka mishran hai—aur Triphala három phalon ka ghol hai: amalaki (Indian gooseberry), bibhitaki, aur haritaki. Dono ko vajan ghatane mein sahayak mana gaya hai kyunki inhe agni ko pradesh (boost digestion) karne aur ama (toxins) nashak ke liye jaana jata hai.

Trikuta churna aur Triphala ka upayog wajan kam karne mein madadgar ho sakta hai, lekin aapko inhe thoda dhyan se istemal karna hoga. Trikuta, jo sonth, kali mirch aur pipla se mil kar bana hai, aapke agni ko uchit roop se prabal kar sakta hai, jiski madad se metabolism improve hoga. Triphala, jo harad, baheda, aur amla ka mishran hai, pachan tantra ko saaf krne aur theek dhang se viksit kiya gaya hai.

Aapke dosh prakriti ke anusar inhe kaise lena chahiye, ye bhi mahatvapurn hai. Agar aapka prakriti pitta-vata dominant hai, to aapko Trikuta churna ka maatra kam rakh kar Triphala par zyada dhyan dena chahiye. Kapha prakriti wale log is combination se zyada labh utha sakte hain.

Roj subah Trikuta churna aur Triphala, mishri ke sath lena aasan ho sakta hai, lekin mishri ki maatra jyada na ho. Agar aap diabetes ya sugar se sambandhit kisi samasya se pidit hain, to mishri avoid karein.
