Using Anantmool with Honey for Pitta Management - #40258

Namaskaram, I want to use anantmool to reduce aggravated pitta but want to understand how using it with honey as an Anupana doesn't aggravate pitta further since honey is heating? I have Pitta Vata constitution with fluctuations between them due to perimenopause, but currently more pitta due to the end of hot season. I also have some kapha congestion, so think honey is the correct Anupana, but as my body is higly sensitive I want to check so not to aggravate pitta further.
