I am really curious about how to wear 7 mukhi rudraksha correctly. Been reading a lot on it after a friend suggested it might help with the stress and anxiety I've been feeling lately. Just a month ago, I got a 7 mukhi rudraksha from a temple, and I've been trying to find the right way to wear it. Like, I read that it has to be worn on a specific day or during a certain time, but I honestly can't keep track of the dates sometimes, ya know? Also, should I cleanse it before wearing? I got a little sage for that purpose but wasn't sure if that’s enough or if I need to do something special. My mom says you can wear it around your neck, but I’ve seen others with it on their wrists too! Is there a preferred way, like one that's more potent than the other? Another thing...
