I am really confused about something and hope someone could help! A couple of days ago, I got hit by this fever that just won’t go away. At first, I thought it was just a cold but it turned into full-blown fever with chills and everything. I’ve been drinking lots of fluids, trying to stay hydrated, but my mom keeps insisting that I should eat curd. She says, “Is curd good for fever?” but honestly, I’m not sure if that’s true or not. I tried searching online but got mixed answers. Some say it’s good for digestion but isn’t the body kind of fighting something off when you have a fever? I feel like I might just get sicker. Like, my throat’s been all scratchy and I’m scared that dairy would just make it worse? I haven’t even eaten much, and what I have had has been pretty bland. Just soup and toast, you know? I’m really wondering if introducing curd into my diet would help or if it would just complicate things. Should I give it a go or steer clear until this fever decides to leave?
