I am really struggling with high uric acid levels. Just last month, I had this awful pain in my big toe, and after a visit to the doc and some tests, turns out my uric acid levels were sky-high! It’s so frustrating, I feel like I have to second-guess everything I eat now. I read somewhere that certain foods can make it worse, but honestly, I’m confused about what I can safely have. I’ve tried cutting back on red meats and seafood, but I feel like I’m missing out on flavor!
