I am struggling to understand what is kapha dosha. I’ve been feeling really off lately, maybe it’s the weather changing or my diet, but my energy levels have dropped and I just feel heavy like all the time. A friend mentioned something about doshas and how they might relate to what I’m experiencing. I did some reading and it’s super confusing! I notice I have these moments of just being super lethargic, but then other times I get really anxious about everything – work, home, you name it! Is it possible that what is kapha dosha could be to blame for all this? I feel like some days I could sleep for a week straight, and then I wake up feeling this weird mix of both sleepy and jittery. Like, how can I balance that? I don’t have any chronic health issues that I know of, but my digestion isn't great either. It’s like everything gets really sluggish! When I try eating lighter foods, I swear I still feel bloated and slow. Would a kapha balancing diet help? I really don’t know where to start. Trying to figure out what is kapha dosha seems like a good step, but maybe there’s more to it? Any tips would really help, thanks!
