Your symptoms- hairfall, premature greying, muscle weakness, tiredness, mental stress, worry, low motivation, and body weakness- happen due to a combination of:-

A) STRESS AND OVERTHINKING Too much thinking, lack of sleep, emotional pressure weaken the nervous system Ayurveda says this disturbs Vata dosha, leading to -dryness in the body -weak muscles -low energy - fast ageing of hair

B) NUTRITIONAL DEFICIENCY If you skip meals, eat junk foods, or have weak digestion , the body cannot produce strong tissues. Ayurveda explains this as Dhatu kshaya = depletion of -Rasa dhatu (nutritional fluid)= causes fatigue -Rakta dhatu (blood tissue)= affects hair color -Mamsa dhatu (muscle tissue)= causes muscle weakess -Asthi dhatu (bone tissue)= causes hair thinning

A) स्ट्रेस और ओवरथिंकिंग बहुत ज़्यादा सोचना, नींद की कमी, इमोशनल प्रेशर नर्वस सिस्टम को कमजोर करते हैं आयुर्वेद कहता है कि इससे वात दोष बिगड़ता है, जिससे -शरीर में सूखापन -मांसपेशियां कमजोर -एनर्जी कम -बालों का जल्दी बूढ़ा होना
