I am struggling to figure out how to take gokhru powder since I've heard so many good things about it. A few weeks ago, I started feeling kinda off; my energy was low, and I just didn't feel like myself. After researching, I found out that gokhru can help with fatigue and maybe even boost my overall vitality. I got a bag of gokhru powder, and... I'm confused already!
