I am really confused about how to take kaunch beej powder. I’ve been dealing with some low energy and just not feeling my best lately, and my friend recommended it. I did some research, and they say it’s great for boosting stamina and overall vitality, but I just don’t know the right way to take it! I bought this kaunch beej powder from a local Ayurvedic store (I hope it’s good quality??) and I want to make sure I'm using it correctly. Like, do I take it with water, or mix it in something? How much should I be taking? I read somewhere that it's sometimes used in cooking, so do I cook it instead?? Also, my friend said that some people like to combine it with milk, but is that the best option? Ugh, I feel lost because there's so much info out there, and what works for one person might not work for another. Some say it can be potent, and I don’t want to mess it up! Has anyone figured out an easy way to take kaunch beej powder and get good results? Really hoping for some solid advice here. Every little detail helps! Thanks!!
