मुझे 29.10.2025से पीलिया हैi मैं रोज मैं प्रतिदिन सुबह रात को काटकर आसमान के नीचे रखी मूली जिस पर नौशादर लगा होता है वो खाता हु लस्सी भी पिता हु । गन्ने का रस भी 2 समय पिता हु । फल में अनार और संतरे ,खाने में चपाती ओर हरि सब्जी कद्दू,घीया , बेल तोरी खा रहा हु , सलाद में मूली और खीरा खा रहा हु । 29.10.2025 को बिलीरुबिन 10.5 था 17.11.2025 को बिलीरुबिन 5.5 आया , यह धीरे धीरे कम हो रहा है इसका क्या कारण है ,या फिर मुझे ओर आयुर्वेदिक औषधि खानी पड़ेगी? भूख अभी भी नहीं लगती

आपकी स्थिति को समझते हुए, जो आपने बताया है, उससे यह प्रतीत होता है कि आपकी बिलीरुबिन स्तर में सुधार हुआ है, लेकिन भूख की कमी अब भी चिंता का विषय है। पीलिया में लीवर को ताकत पहुंचाना बहुत जरुरी होता है और आपके आहार में इसके लिए कुछ महत्वपूर्ण सुधार किए जा सकते हैं।

सबसे पहले, नौशादर लगे मूली का सेवन बंद करें क्यूंकि यह आंतों पर तनाव डाल सकता है। इसके स्थान पर आमला (आंवला) चूर्ण का सेवन करें। यह लीवर के लिए बेहद लाभकारी होता है। प्रतिदिन 1 चम्मच चूर्ण गर्म पानी के साथ सुबह खाली पेट लें।

लस्सी और गन्ने का रस अच्छे हैं, लेकिन पीलिया में अधिक मात्रा में मिठाई से बचना चाहिए। नमक का सेवन नियंत्रण में रखें और गरम पानी पिएं।

फल जैसे अनार और संतरे आपको ऊर्जा प्रदान कर सकते हैं, लेकिन उन्हें लेकर भी संतुलित रहना चाहिए। केला, पपीता और सेब भी शामिल करें जो लिवर को राहत देते हैं।

दीर्घकालिक सुधार के लिए, “भृंगराज” का आयुर्वेदिक चूर्ण भी उपयोगी होता है। चिकित्सक की सलाह से दिन में दो बार इसका सेवन करें। इसके साथ, “कुटकी” चूर्ण भी मदद कर सकता है।

भोजन के तुरंत बाद वज्रासन में बैठें, यह पाचन में सुधार करेगा और भूख बढ़ाएगा। योग और प्राणायाम जैसे नाड़ी शोधन करें, यह मन शांत करेगा और भूख बढ़ाएगा।

लिवर की सफाई के लिए, हर सुबह गर्म पानी में नींबू का रस मिलाकर पीएं। अगर आपको मलत्याग में दिक्कत आ रही हो, तो चिकित्सक से परामर्श करें। अगर लक्षणों में सुधार नहीं होता है या हालत बिगड़ती है तो तुरंत अलोपैथिक चिकित्सक से उपचार लें।
