I am really struggling with low stamina lately. Like, I used to be super active and could jog for miles without getting tired, but now even a short walk leaves me feeling wiped out. I mean, my friends are planning this hike next week, and I’m kinda worried I won't be able to keep up. Ugh! I've tried a few things to get back my energy like changing my diet a bit – more fruits and nuts – but I don't know if it's helping. Also, I’ve started doing some yoga at home; the breathing exercises are nice, but I still feel drained. Took a test last month and my iron levels were within the normal range, but I can’t shake this tired feeling. Can someone share tips on how to increase stamina? Like, what specific foods or exercises should I be focusing on? I keep hearing about Ayurvedic practices, but I’m really not sure where to start. How to increase stamina naturally? Is there something I might be missing? Any herbs or routines that worked for you? Just want to feel like my old self again!
