Pehle to yeh samjhna zaroori hai ki meghawati aur ashwagandha dono hi Ayurveda mein vata aur pitta dosha ko santulit karne ke liye istemal hote hain. Aap yeh dono tablets sath me le sakte hai, lekin yeh samajhna jaruri hai ki aapki health condition aur aapke dosha prakriti ke anusar yeh kitne upayukt hain. Sar dard, thik se neend na aana aur yaadast ki kamjori, vata dosha ki asantulan se sanshodhya ho sakti hai.
Meghawati ko din mein ek baar, generally raat ko sone se pehle lena faydemand ho sakta hai. Yeh man ko shant karke neend ke liye anukool mahol tayar karta hai. Ashwagandha, jo ki ek rasayana hai, aapki mansik thakan ko ghatakar yaadash me sudhar laa sakta hai. Subah ya doosre din mein leye ja sakte hain. Ek ya do capsules daily yha phir jo lekar de raha hai unki dishaon ko follow kare.
Aapka agni (digestive fire) bhi ye symptoms affect kar sakta hai, isiliye bhojan me saatvik ahar ka samavesh kare jese ki sabji, doodh aur ghya se yukt khadyan. Ratri bhojan halka aur sookshma releavable vyatireke ho. Din bhar me pani ka sevan badha dena chahiye, lekin koshish kare bina bhogat ke.
Dainik dincharya aur yog asanas - jaise ki Bhramari Pranayama aur Shavasana - vyavahaar darust karna bhi kisi bhi mansik dhan ta ka vivran kar sakta hai. Aparne dincharya mei avashya shamil kare.
Agar symptoms bartay jayein ya koi aur complication aaye toh turant kisi Ayurvedic chikitsak se salah leni chahiye, kyunki sar dard aur neend ki dikkat kabhi kabhi anya medical conditions se bhi faintest mein ho sakti hain. Lekin yeh salha general hai aur aapko perfect manovvertheless regime milne ke liye kisi individual consultation ki zarurat hai.
