Hastmaithun ki wajah se agar aapko kamjori mehsoos ho rahi hai toh yeh zaroori hai ki aap pehle apne jeevan shaily aur aahar par dhyan dein. Awdhig dawaon ka asar tab sahi se hota hai jab hamari jejunal agni, yaani pachen shakti, samarth hoti hai.
