I have been taking baidyanath sarpagandha ghana vati one tablet twice daily.my bp is 125/80. Can I take it many years to maintain my bp.is there any side effect. If any other branded medicine with no side effect but effective to maintain bp.

If with sarpagandha vati your blood pressure is maintaining 125/80 then it’s well controlling, you can continue in same way along with that diet restriction walking if you do regularly your blood pressure will be even better if it is below 110 can make to half dose and even gradually you can taper and stop according to your blood pressure
