Struggling with Constant Hunger and Shortness of Breath After Eating - #49731

Previously in January 2025 I was diagnosed with borderline hypothyroidism because I had symptoms like excessive thirst and hungry all the time even after having my meal I couldn't get the satisfaction of full stomach,I also have those symptoms and I also have symptoms like shortness of breath and while I'm in the middle of finishing my meal like if I've eaten 3/4 of my meal I feel like I couldn't eat more while I also feel gassy stomach witha little pain as well, I don't know why I get this feeling every time I try to eat. Idk what to do for this ??
