Ayurveda ke mutabiq ise “Madhumeya” (Prameha) kaha jata hai, jisme shareer ki agni mand ho jati hai aur kaph-meda ki vriddhi hoti hai. ​Aapki diet mein 8 roti (4 dopahar + 4 raat) kafi zyada carbohydrate load hai, jise kam karna zaroori hai. ​Dietary Changes (Turant Karein) ​Roti Kam Karein: 4 roti ki jagah sirf 1 ya 2 roti lein. Wheat (gehu) ki jagah Jau (Barley) aur Chana mix karke missi roti khaayein. ​Ankurit (Sprouts): Subah ankurit chana/moong accha hai, lekin ismein thodi Methi ke daane bhi add karein. ​Dinner Timing: Raat ka khana suraj dhalne se pehle ya 8 baje tak finish karein. Aapka diet healthy hai, lekin roti quantity zyada hai (4–4 roti) jo sugar ko badha rahi hai. Kuch changes karein: Roti ko 2–3 tak limit karein, dinner me 2 roti hi lein. Salad continue rakhein. Rice, sugar, bakery aur fruits (especially banana, mango) avoid karein. Subah empty stomach walk ya exercise continue rakhein, lekin post-meal 10–15 min walk bhi add karein. Ghar par: Subah methi dana (1 tsp bhiga hua) le sakte hain. Karela ya jamun powder bhi helpful hota hai. Nishamalaki tablet – 1 tablet din me 2 baar before food Chandraprabha vati – 1 tablet din me 2 baar after food Gudmar tablet – 1 tablet din me 2 baar Yeh medicines sugar control me support karti hain.
