● Sarvakalpa Kwath and Mulethi Kwath: Mix both herbs. Take a 1/2 teaspoon of each and boil it in 400 ml of water. When 100 ml of water remains, strain it and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning and evening.
● Trikata Powder, Moonga Powder, Godanti Bhasma, Baheda Powder, Shilasindoor, Copper Bhasma, Pearl Powder: Mix all the herbs and make 60 packets. Consume 1/2 packet with water, honey, and cream half an hour before breakfast and dinner.
● Kanchanar Guggulu, Vridhivadhika Vati, Arogyavardhini Vati: Take 1/2 tablet of each of these three tablets three times a day, half an hour after breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with lukewarm water.

6 saal ki bachchi me thyroid issue properly monitor karna zaroori hai. 4 saal se medicine ke baad bhi control nahi hai, to management adjust karna padega.
Allopathic thyroid medicine band na karein.
Ayurvedic support ke liye Kanchanar Guggulu 1 tablet din me 2 baar (crush karke honey ke saath) aur Drakshasava 5–10 ml pani ke saath din me 2 baar diya ja sakta hai.
Diet simple rakhein — ghar ka khana, thoda ghee, fruits. Junk aur packaged food avoid karein.
Ek baar thyroid test dubara karwa kar kisi experienced Ayurvedic doctor ko dikhayein for proper dose planning.
