How best i lower my fasting blood sugar ? I have being having very high fasting blood sugar dry mouth no mayer what eat drink at night. Even if it only vegetable at night or skipped dinner. This has been going on for about 6 months . What can Ido ? Please

Fasting sugar >150 mg/dL for 6 months with dryness and frequent urination indicates Madhumeha (Ayurvedic diabetes) with disturbed Kapha + Vata and weak metabolism.
1. Correct Night Metabolism (Key for fasting sugar)
Early light dinner (before 7–8 pm)
10–15 min walk after dinner
Avoid sleeping immediately
Rx
Nishamalaki Churna – 1 tsp with warm water at night
Gudmar Vati – 1 tablet twice daily before meals
Chandraprabha Vati – 1 tablet twice daily after meals
Continue for 8–12 weeks with monitoring
Diet Guidelines
Prefer: barley (yava), methi seeds (soaked), karela,
Add cinnamon water in morning
Avoid: wheat excess, rice at night, sugar, fruits at night Lifestyle
Daily brisk walk +  pranayama
Maintain regular sleep cycle
