How can I reduce the size of my benign thyroid nodule? - #50888
I have a benign thyroid nodule of size 2×3 cm of a complex cystic nature, however my thyroid function is normal also my ultrasoundand FNAC report is showing it as benign nodule. I am having kanchnar guggllu for past 2 and half months, left milk and its products also minimize the use of wheat in my diet. What else i can do to reduce its size
