I have hypothyroidism, pcod & mild anemia.... My periods is missing always.... Not regular... Whats the solution

1. avoid spicy food and milk and milk produts 2. take dil seeds and soked with cow ghee and than take 6 month morning 6 am empty stomch with water than take rice with milk with sandhav namak after hungry take normal foods do 100 jump and 12 suryanamaskar tab hyponidid 2-2-2 aftr food do nasya with cow ghee 2 drop each nostril get good result in 45 days
