Any Vata or Pitta or Kapha dosha increases or decreases due to only two of your actions which are your Ahar(food) and Vihar (lifestyle). Ahar means diet and vihar means lifestyle. What you live, how you live, everything gets spoiled due to these two actions. So first of all you have to look at the reason and eliminate it from your life. In Ayurveda, the first treatment is done as per the principle of Nidan Parivarjana, that is, eliminate the reason which is increasing the disease or dosha. The second thing is about your constipation. For constipation, you should see that your diet contains good fruits and fibers, your grains should be fiber rich and your liquid intake should be proper according to your body and diet and according to the season. For normal constipation, you can take Triphala Churn weakly or start small hard Murabba.

Saath me Garam pani piyen Thanda aur dry food avoid karein Til ka tel ya ghee diet me lein Agar chaho to main aapko ghar par follow karne wali simple Vaat diet aur routine bhi bata sakta hoon.
