Can Ayurveda help with my vascular and metabolic issues? - #50085

I have three main issues and wonder if I can support myself with Ayurveda: Is it possible to treat hyperaldosteronism with Ayurveda (mild form)? Vascular issues in the abdomen from fibrosis/adhesions (but not in the colon), more to do with vascular compression: is there help for this in Ayurveda? Very high cholesterol and tryglizerides is the other issue. Overall a sluggish metabolism with underactive thyroid as well. I am also resorting to western medicine, but even in western medicine there is no straight answer for this except maybe surgery, statins and re adhesions/compressions "live with it". Warmest gratitude from Europe.
