52 years old male having diabetes since 14 years but mostly under control. Bp sometimes fluctuates from Norma to low.The patient is very active but sometimes feels very lethargic.He has lost muscle mass and became thin. He gets irritated frequently and lots of mood swings. Legs cramp and backache is frequent.He was sexually very active but now he is suffering from erectile dysfunction and lack of libido.
