—Xanthelasma are cholesterol deposits under the skin. Unfortunately, there are no proven natural remedies that safely remove them, and home treatments can cause irritation or scarring — especially around the eyes. If removal is desired, the safest option is a medical procedure such as laser or cautery performed by a specialist. I’d also recommend checking cholesterol levels, as they can sometimes be associated. - stay hydrated
