Hi, My name is Vera and I am 54 years old. I was vegan for many years and used to be stressed and physicallyvery active person. More than 20 years I suffer from widespread pain in muscles and joints.. Doctor diagnosed some kind of connective tissue disorder and fibromyalgia.. 5 years ago I had severe liver inflammation and been hospitalized two times in 6 months when liver almost stop to work and liver enzymes was extremely high..over 1500 After many tests, mri and biopsy doctor didn't find the cause and said that is probably from some supplements. I WAS taking vitamins D and hyaluronic acid as my rheumatologist suggests. Year before that I did pancha karma for 3 weeks. But two months after that doctors ask me to do CT scan they also gave me to drink some liquid for the scan and from that day I had diarrhea for 11 month..and episode with liver inflammation followed.. From that time on I really avoided medication and took only some time for severe migraines..and every time my stomach hurts and I usually have diarrhea... Now For two yearsI'm in menopause.. Apart from the pain in my body I suffer from insomnia...some time a sleep just for 2 hours but usually sleep around 10 and wake up between 1 and 3 in the morning... I would like to do to help my condition butI'm also afraid not to cause trouble with liver... I start taking neem plus Curcuma in the morning Than I make Dendolyion and Milk thistle tea After usually take small amount od amla powder Start also taking creatine because for decades I was on very low protein intakeI also try to take some Macha tea and coffee only in the morning as it helps me to regulate bowel movements and for migraines..but I have plan to stop In the afternoon I take a quarter of tea spoon of shatavari and ashvaganda... I am concerned with protein intake and would like to ask apart of mung beans how can I take more protein.. I started to eat eggs and would like to now how many can I eat per day? Is it better to eat 2 or time per day? Can you please advise me are the supplement I'm taking to much and can cause liver issues...as I usually feel discomfort and pressure under my right rips. Can you please give advise on food when and what is best to eat for my condition..I also have bloating and difficulty to eat most of the beens, legumes and veggies.. I am vata pita dosha.. First of all I would suggest you to stop taking creatine supplements it will stress on kidneys along with moong you can take sprouts lik Chana and even toasted Chana Makhana rajma soya Can take egg 5 days in a week one egg is enough Avoid oily fried junk processed foods Continue Ashwagandha and shatavari if still disturbed sleep is there then take warm milk with pinch of nutmeg at bedtime Massage your soles with warm sesame oil before sleep Practice pranayama meditation regularly Reg walking atleast 30 minutes daily

Hello Vera What I understand is your digestion issues weak, indicates sluggish liver, so start with Tablet Liv-52 -DS 1-0-0 after food with water, will improve digestion and liver function Bilva churan 1tsp after food with will improve intestine strength. Suthshekhar ras 1-0-1 after food with water Pathyadi kadha 15 ml twice daily after food with water, will prevent migraine attack. Brahmi 1-0-1 after food with water will help improve sleep and calm down your mind. Have buttermilk with pinch of black salt, a pinch of asafoetida, and powder of roasted jeera seeds.after lunch, this will prevent bloating… If you need to have protein, you can include, moog - whole, moong dal, in your diet.
